This used to be a good laundromat but it’s going down hill fast. Everytime you come in it’s something else wrong. Last time I was here almost all the bigger washers were broken. This time I came in and used a four loader no signs or anything on it. Still washing a hour later. My son says something to the laundry attendant and he says oh you can’t use cold cycle on this washer it takes longer. Wouldn’t it have been nice if they put a sign up. I’ve been sitting here going on two hours and I haven’t even started to dry the clothes are still in the washer machine. I am very dissatisfied with this place.update: laundry just finished and it’s not even clean. Got a refund and took my dirty and wet clothes home to hang up and dry.

First off they advertise that they are open 24 hours. Thats false advertising if ive ever seen it!! Ive never in my been to a laundromat, especially one with an attendant on duty, that is ALWAYS out of quarters. EVERY TIME ive been in there they are out of quarters. Its a laundromat where people need qaurters to wash their clothes but u cant ever get any out of the machines or from the attendant. They need to just sell the damn place to someone that knows how to run a business cause clearly this aint it. Im definitely spreading the word on all my social media platforms to stay away from this place unless u take quarters with ya. Hell Pike street laundromat ALWAYS HAS quarters and they dont even have an attendant on the premises. They atleast know to keep their change machine stocked with what it takes to make that place stay open. Piss poor ownership at its finest right here

I've been here an hrs attendant has been outside talking to someone in the lot. Can't use bathroom it's locked no service at desk and it's dirty as hell. This place sucks

Not repairing, but replacing older bigger capacity with more expensive smaller machines (4 loads to 2 loads ). Raising base prices on rest.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Can you believe I was told I can NOT use the dryers unless I wash my clothes there!?#%@?!! Enter this place at your own risk!

Inconsistent hours and STILL labeled as a 24 hour laundromat on the building, sign, AND on Google maps. Went tonight because my dryer is busted with wet clothes walked into OPEN doors and immediately had yelled at me "WE'RE CLOSED!" while woman is sitting at the counter on her phone. I asked her what she said and she repeated they were closed. Why are your doors open then? Why are you still sitting on your phone not working if you're closed? Why are you still advertising that you're open 24 hours if at 11:30 PM you are telling me you're closed? Honestly, you should be gotten by the better business bureau for false advertisement at this rate. It's really frustrating to repeatedly show up at different times getting different answers for what your hours are.
