At Crone's Auto Body you get great customer service whether you're dealing with the owner the office manager or the mechanics. Everyone I had contact with really seemed to enjoy working there. I had a no hassle experience and they got my insurance to cover more than the amount that the insurance adjuster gave me so I could have my car fixed properly. I am very pleased with my service it was finished in a timely manner and my car looks and runs great. I highly recommend Crone's if you are looking for an honest body shop with great service.

I thought I’d have to replace my entire bumper and muffler after my daughter backed into a rock, but Crone’s worked their magic as usual and made it look even better than before. Great customer service and pricing as always!

I had a very unfortunate accident that led to about 7k worth of damages and truly could not even fathom where to begin to get the car fixed. I was referred to Crone's from a co worker of mine and he had nothing but positive things to say. I will say I was a little worried after hearing horror stories about other auto body shops. However I can not express how happy I am with the results from Crones. The work was VERY extensive and I was expecting to not have my vehicle for about two months however they only had it three weeks total and the car looks fantastic I am so over joyed with how well of a job they did with the repairs. This place is a very honest affordable auto body shop and would leave 20 stars if possible! :)

I recently had the pleasure of using Crone's Auto Body and was extremely impressed with their service. They were very fair on price, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Chad was great to work with and he made my wife feel like her voice was heard and that she felt comfortable when she took the car in for service. The guys went out of their way to make sure the car was fixed properly before sending her away. They also went above and beyond by fixing things outside of the original quote, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Crone's Auto Body for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality auto body repair.

Stopped by this place today, feeling a lil bummed out by the fact I had to spend money I didn't particularly have at the time. Was pretty sure it was a relatively easy fix but, we all know in the world of auto body few things come cheap or easy. So, while keeping my car running & operating smoothly is necessary, it just doesn't matter what the bank acct looks like at the time of the crisis, right? So I walked-in, no appt I should mention. The same gentleman who has helped me in the past, greeted me and quickly offered to look at it right on the spot. Did I mention I did not have an appointment? Lol. In addition to that, he fixed it quickly and because it was a simple task, he also refused to accept any money, and thanked me for stopping in, all free of charge. I'm really just so grateful. I discovered them 4the 1st time about 2yrs ago& have been back twice 4unrelated matters. They are simply some of the nicest, most honest people I've had the pleasure to meet. I've done many call around &comparisons in the past with some of the issues I've experienced, &this shop always rises 2the occasion, by a landslide. In a world so difficult 2survive in these days for too many reasons to list, it's nice to have your faith restored in the existence of good, humble people. Who can also fix stuff!!!! Lol what a bonus! Really just want to use this review to share my support & appreciation for these folks. I will use every opportunity to tell folks what an exceptional business you run. You have a customer for life. Thank you again.

I was totally satisfied with the finished product. When I took it to Crone's for an estimate they came out looked at it and emailed the estimate to me within an hour or so. I took my Jeep to 2 other body shops and they said they did not even know where to begin with giving me an estimate! I mean isn't this what you do for a living here? I took it to Crone's and it was ready when they said it would be and they did an awesome job on my hood and fenders. They did a great job of matching the color to the doors and you can't even tell it was painted!! Great job Crone's Auto Body!!

I recently had a portion of my car repainted at Crone Auto Body after it was badly scratched and dented. They did a phenomenal job! The paint match was flawless, and their attention to detail was impressive. A special shout-out to Andrew for his outstanding customer service—he was friendly, professional, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I can't recommend Crown Auto Body enough. Thank you for the amazing service!

I have been going to Crone's for the past 30 years starting when Jerry Crone owned the business. I have never been anything but consistently impressed with their work. They recently did a fantastic job on my badly damaged 2019 Highlander. It looks like new.

They employ very dishonest people
Their employee listed items for sale and led me to believe I was buying them from them and even told me to pick them up there only to contact me right before meeting telling me that he now wants more money and that they infact wasn’t theirs but his friends and that he didn’t care about crones or their customers he just needed the money
