“I brought my Xbox series S in to have the hdmi port replaced. Was going to do it myself and bought the part and realized i was gonna mess it up worse so I took it here and they did a fantastic job. They’re busy so it took a week but I couldn’t be happier with the result and the price. Thanks guys! EDIT: it stopped working a week later so never mind”
“Let’s see how this plays out. I brought my iPhone in to replace a screen issue. After I received it I started noticing strange things happening. It was randomly opening apps and even frighteningly locked me out because the screen was apparently being controlled when I’m my pocket (like butt dial on speed).
I made as many adjustments as I could in settings to try and rectify things, but issues like unresponsive areas of the screen and battery drain are happening. It also is now unable to adjust brightness as it had previously n the past.
I called on Sunday and was told to come in. I came in Monday and was told everything was normal (it is not), and if I wanted, I could come in tomorrow to see the manager.
I will update this based on their service.

“I have purchased two refurbished computers, a desktop and a laptop, from Tech Castle. Matt was the technician who advised me each time. I brought an old laptop in on a Friday morning. It turned out to be unreliable, and probably had motherboard.Issues. Having need for a reliable laptop to use the following monday at an out of town conference, Matt and I discussed options. Bottom line, I purchased at a very reasonable price a refurbished laptop. Turn around time to prep the new machine and sync data from my old machine was under three hours on a Friday afternoon. Try finding that kind of service from a big box store. Kudos to Matt and the Tech Castle premise. Their services beat by light years all previous computer services I have used.
