I went to buy some New Year’s Eve decorations for my work party and grabbed a bunch of these items. Only to be told at the register that my total was $45 and not $15 like it was supposed to be cause everything I got WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $1.25. Instead of making the prices correct for me the cashier wanted to argue and tell me he cannot give me everything for $1.25ea cause it was placed in the wrong area. That’s very illegal. I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. VERY UPSET.

I have had it with the people in this place! Geesh I mean I try a get cash back and the ding dong says oh u should ask ??? Why it doesn’t say ask you! But honestly I’m stupid for even going back to this store after they refused to help look for my receipt to a vanilla gift card I bought and put $250 on. And the manager nor the wanna be manager would not lift a finger to help me! Poor poor excuse for people suppose to be running this place ! New management needed! Love 2nd shift !!

The rudest people I've ever seen, I will never go to this family dollar again I live right up the street from it but I will start going to the dollar general before I go back to that place,rude people and it's dirty things are not organized just awful place

Horrible place to shop. Has weird smell, never up on restocking, and employs are rude, they might as well shut it down or fire Evb currently working.

Just walked into this location to get wipes for my son and the employee said I needed to leave my purse at the counter. I was just in this location early and never was told leave my purse at the counter. I don’t no what kinda business their running but after today family dollar on 32 in Latonia has lost my business.

A seemingly clean and well stocked store. Maybe understaffed but competent staff.

They have clean the place up a lot and all the shelves and items are in order but it still has a funny smell and it is very dimly lit it's just almost seems to press anything going in there sometimes I don't know why and not even because it's a family dollar

Products good have a bit of everything, they follow you around sometimes ,didn't like that & the guy asst manager is a n*** acts more powerful then he is.. I recommend it besides that.
