So I’ve never wrote a review like this, but after thinking about doing so for a week, I feel like I need to share my experience..
A tow truck driver damaged something under the front of my car, so I brought it here to find out why it was making a very loud sound, even when not in motion. I explained the situation, that I had filed a claim with AAA and needed an estimate.. they charged me $10 for an inspection and told me to come back in an hour.
When I returned, they told me my CV axles were completely shot, especially the right one. They also mentioned my AC condenser was shifted but said they couldn't find any proof that the tow truck caused these issues. This confused me because I only noticed the problems they described like twice within almost two months (that’s how long I’ve had the car). And I was also confused on how a tow truck could damage my car and make it sound like that and they could only find two issues that were unrelated to that noise.
Anyway, the next day I started noticing the exact issues Firestone had mentioned, even though I hadn't experienced them before. At first, I thought maybe I just hadn't realized it earlier. But over the next couple of days, the problem with turning my car got significantly worse. Now, I can barely turn corners at all and it’s at the point to where it’s extremely dangerous to drive it all together. Like even on the highway making a slight curve because my tires are now basically locked straight. Again this is within one week of using it after leaving this place while I’ve been driving my usual commutes.
It feels like ever since they told me my CV axles were failing, they suddenly started failing. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but the timing is too strange to ignore and I don’t even know what to do except leave this review. It’s not like I can find over $1,000 on the ground —referring to the quote they gave me.

My tires were under road hazard warranty and I was told the tires cost $149 each but with the pro rate on the warranty would cost $99 each. Charged me an additional $220.31 for parts and labor. If I had bought the same tires outright the additional parts and labor would have only been $120. I’ve been had. Won’t happen again. And now you know.

Dropped off my vehicle at 10 AM for a tire replacement, was told it would be ready by 1 or 2PM. Didn't hear anything until I called at 5 PM, at which point I was told my vehicle was ready.
Service center called me the following morning trying to sell me an oil change and engine air filter - both services had been performed less than 1,000 miles ago, so it seemed like I was being sold unnecessary services.
Came to pick up the vehicle the following morning, no one was in the lobby for 10 minutes. When someone finally did come out, they handed me my keys but my car would not start because an overhead light had been left on, which killed my battery. I had to stay for an hour while the battery was recharged, and I'm still concerned about the long term impacts on my battery health.
Truly an awful customer experience from start to finish, at no point did I feel like I was treated with honesty or respect. I will not be returning.

Update: After waiting months for contact with claims/ I am called by some douchebag named Byrd in the claims department. Who claims somehow it isn't there fault that they did NOT check my fluid levels, and I basically should know that it is or isn't in the car. He also lied and said he has tried contacting me several times. And has never left a voicemail, he also claimed to sent several emails. Both lies. I will never take anything to Firestone. And the dealers, shop owners, and private car owners I know will be sure never to bring there cars there. Even if I have to sit in from of the store with a sign..
I don't like leaving reviews. But at this point I am over it. I took my car in July 21 for an oil change. Two weeks later my oil light was flashing, and I could here clicking in the engine(a sign of low oil) I went back they topped me off, saying well I must have a leak. I said not possible. I park my car in the same place daily. Nor had I ever had issues with my oil light blinking. I drive for another week or oil light blinks. I check it, no oil. I at this point check my other fluids. And see that I have NO coolant 0!!! No I understand my car has been burning threw oil. I call and ask hey do you check fluids, he says yes, and if low we advise the customer. No one said a word to me. I filed a complaint at the beginning of September and I have not heard anything. I just want my car repaired correctly, after it was damaged due to the negligence of a auto tech.

Poor customer service. Tire sensor light stays on after they installed a set of tires twice because new guy put a hole Thur the sidewall . Multiple trips to complete. Tire not in stock . No compensation or even an apology after asking to speak with DM . I am no longer a customer had 3cars and multiple trucks.

I would literally put zero if I could
I set up an appointment five days ahead of time there get there and they cannot even find me in the system then (GREG) asked me if I’m going to leave my vehicle and I told him no that is why we set the appointment for today and set it for 4 PM as that is the time his other coworker pick and told me that way we could be in and out within an hour then (GREG) proceeded to call me a liar and say no one there would tell me that and I told him they most definitely did and that’s why we set my appointments up around it and then he proceeded to call me a liar again so I needless to say, I will not be returning to the establishment..
Upon arriving, there is no one to park their parking lot. They have cars filled in every spot. And there is nowhere to park on the street. This establishment is poorly, ran and managed.

They have only one person working. Such a joke! They will keep you your car at the appointment time and do nothing, because no one to work! After that, they will tell you that the service was performed but nothing is done indeed. Don’t waist your time. Go somewhere.

These people are the preferred vendors for a major fleet account, called the fleet company and confirmed they are in fact a vendor. Took a fort van here for oil change, told me they don’t take the fleet account after double checking with fleet company. Well they have lost my business for my entire fleet, plus vehicles not part of fleet program. The simply didn’t want to do the work. Do not recommend this place at all. Lost my business forever. The irony is I took it to a different Firestone in another city and they gladly did the work.

Brought the van in for an oil change and brake check on Friday. Told it needed 2 tires and 4 brakes. Expressed that I would be leaving town and asked if I could get it done Sunday. Told it would be no problem. Arrived 9:30 Sunday morning, told the tires had to be brought over from another store. Reiterated my need to have it done before leaving, once again assured it would be done. 1:15 Sunday, receive a call that the brakes were not available and wouldn't be until Monday. I could have gone somewhere else or scheduled after my trip, but this customer service team wasted my time because they didn't take the time to ensure the parts were stocked. I will not be using this location again.

Jeff and his crew had stellar customer service. They were very efficient at dealing with a relatively complex car issue, and did well at keeping me updated throughout the process. We are very thankful to this Firestone and will be returning- this is the best Firestone we have been to in the Cincinnati area!
