I went in not knowing exactly what I was looking for and left with nutritional products, knowledge, and fitness/lifting tips. The manager, Darrin, took the time to walk me through everything needed to build a robust wellness/fitness regimen AND didn't oversell me on anything. I'll be back!

Walked in with more questions than answers about what I needed. What I was pitched was a $60 bottle of supplements that are commonly reviewed to make little impact and upon further inspection whose active ingredients do not amount to enough to be impactful in assisting in weight loss. Thanks for the "guidance". That will be the last money you take from me.
