Handzy is an absolute gem! Suzy and Brittney put so much love, care, and attention into curating the cutest, most colorful outfits and accessories for both you and your little ones. It's the perfect place to shop for gifts for loved ones as well. It’s such a joy to shop here – the store is full of personality and heart. The jewelry selection is especially delightful, and Brittney's handmade Lemon Lee earrings are a must-have! These are the kinds of stores that add real life and character to a neighborhood. Handzy is more than a boutique, it’s a true community treasure!

Handzy is hands-down THE cutest, most wonderfully curated shop with the best vibes! If you need a gift, kids toys, or just a pick-me-up for yourself I cannot recommend Handzy enough. The owners Suzy and Brittney are true gems who are always willing to help you find exactly what you need. I highly recommend following them on Instagram/signing up for their email list so you can get the first updates of new products in store and info about sales. We are so lucky to have Handzy in our community!

I visited this boutique in Covington, Kentucky, and while the store is charming with a well-curated selection of cute items, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I saw numerous things I could have easily purchased, and it was hard to walk away. However, the complete lack of basic customer service stopped me in my tracks. Despite spending a significant amount of time browsing, the staff member didn’t greet, acknowledge, or offer any assistance—even when standing directly in front of me.
As someone with an economics background, I understand how the free market works. Businesses that fail to deliver the most basic level of customer service are naturally weeded out. In this case, it’s clear why this boutique likely struggles to get customers, and it won’t take long for it to fail entirely if this level of indifference persists.
I suspect this place may be nothing more than someone’s wife’s pet project, likely a tax write-off in the books of a wealthier man’s larger business. While the store’s potential is there, without a fundamental understanding of customer engagement and service, it’s hard to see how this boutique will survive in the competitive retail market.

Handzy is a smart and adorable little boutique, and a go-to of mine when shopping for the girlies (gender neutral) in my life. I cannot stress enough how I always find what I’m looking for every time I walk in—even if I don’t know what that is until I see it!
Aside from the delightful browsability of everything on the floor, I’ve always had such genuine and sweet interactions with the staff! From confessing our secret adoration of an overplayed song drifting out of the radio speakers, to helping me find a cute clip large enough to fit all of my hair, they’ve always been a joy to interact with.
TLDR: Handzy isn’t just the fashionable “it” girl, she’s a delightful “girl’s girl” of a boutique ?

This shop always brightened my day when I went in back when I lived in northern Kentucky. The staff were always kind and friendly. The products they have in store are whimsical and fun. I miss going in person now that I live out of state but I will always continue to shop online! I highly recommend this local women owned business!!!

Absolutely love this shop. They do such a wonderful job at curating their items to be super cute and unique. I try to get down there whenever I need new jewelry, some new clothes to add a little life to my wardrobe, or a little gift for a friend. They always have something that is just right. I recommend Handzy to anyone who wants to support small business around Christmas or birthdays or really any time they want a treat.
