Great experience, I had to have an estimate on the damage to my Toyota Avalon. Kerry Collision center's staff were professional and courteous, everything was explained clearly. Very impressed with how thorough they were in handling the paperwork and photos.

I went to get my bumper looked at cause it was popping out brought it in and Scott made sure it was fixed and looks great now thanks to Scott and Shelly they made sure I was taken care of

Im very disappointed in this business and would never recommend them. My 76 year old mothers new car was hit and she took it here to be fixed because it was recommended by the dealership. The car was fixed but not correctly. Her back hatch rubs the bumper and she has to slam it hard to shut it. Its obvious it's not correctly done. She took it back and was met with sarcasm and attitude. Her car is 7 months old and she shouldn't be told that if she doesnt use the hatch much, it shouldn't be an issue! It doesnt seem this place checks or takes pride in their work. Customer service skills definitely need work! I guess legal options are next.

The old guy was rude when I got there. On the phone they told me to bring my car in, then when I got there the old guy with glasses was very rude. He said “pull it in that door over there, I’ll be out when I’m out there” like real snippy with a hateful tone. Then when I pull in he comes right out and says I don’t work on anything that old. And that was it.. thanks for wasting my time on the phone there buddy. If you hate your job and people just quit

I was getting a passenger mirror installed. The lot was full of cars . I barely was able to get in the lot. But the service was quick, professional and reliable. And the price for the installation wasn't bad for $60.

Called today to ask about getting my car fixed after I was rear ended last week. The guy I spoke asked what insurance I had and when I responded USAA, he said that they refuse to work with anyone with that insurance because “they are the worst insurance in the country” and began to ask me why I chose to use my insurance in the first place vs calling the other guys directly. I went through my insurance for a reason, and frankly, it was completely out of line. I said okay thanks for your time and moved on, but the rude response was unnecessary considering I wasn’t begging for them to do the work & called only the one time to inquire about this service after getting an estimate. Not a good way to do business. If you have USAA, don’t bother.
