Daughter took her car in for a appointment at opening. Within 30 mins called with diagnosis and cost. Luckily covered under her extended warranty. Will get part and fixed today.

I recently purchased a new Corolla, but the CarPlay feature was malfunctioning from day one. Fortunately, the service center reordered the necessary audio part and replaced it efficiently. I especially want to thank the service manager, Jason Crowe, for handling everything in a professional and responsible manner.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. From start to finish the customer service was as good as it could be. I needed some work done to my truck and they were able to get me in relatively quickly and they were able to come in under their own estimate. They have a complimentary shuttle service which is very nice and convenient. I’ll definitely continue to go to the for all of my needs.

Everytime I get an oil change and Kristian isn't in it takes forever. Just a 65k service and an hour forty-five and counting.
1hr 55 total. Very humorous their invoice says "Express Oil change"

I gave this one star because there is no option for zero This is my second time dealing with Toyota service center first time not so good. Second time even much worse. They don't return a call I did get an automated text message which I replied back with no response. Extremely poor customer service.

I usually take my vehicle to the Florence service center, however I felt like trying this Covington service center. WOW what a difference. No so crowded (big to me) I asked for many things to get done and every one of them were address. But the biggest thing really to me is Customer Service. Boy do they do it right. I spend 20 years in retail management and customer successes and I would know. If I could give them a 100 stars I would!!!! Highly recommend

Went for service on my vehicle. They serviced my vehicle and didn't force anything on me as far as my vehicle went, service was fast and efficient and the individual was kind and very knowledgeable I would use no one else for my automotive needs.

I have been taking my car to Kerry Toyota of Covington for over a decade and I cannot recommend them enough. The staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful. They will do everything they can to fit me in and give me the best prices they can. High quality work as well.

Went in for an oil change and they told me my battery needed to be replaced. I had mentioned my battery had died a few days ago but after a jump start had been fine for the last couple days. They didn't explain what was wrong with the one I had but made me feel pressured to say yes to a $270 battery. When I got my bill they didn't break it down at all eg tell me what they checked when they did my oil change (did they check my tires or anything else? Fluids?). They also didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted when I arrived which was strange so I feel like they overcharged me. Left feeling confused and scammed. Maybe I wasn't but I can't know now.Also I brought my car from them 4 months ago so that means the battery was close to death when I bought it?Edit: what is Jason's phone number?
