Moved here a month ago and love this Kroger! Clean and well stocked! Have had a great experience at the pharmacy as well!

WARNING!! Avoid this pharmacy! Drive thru (newly re-done with 2 lanes?) is NEVER open for weeks now. Line for pharmacy begins at or near store entrance. Allow 40 minutes to stand in line. I've gone early morning and right before closing. Same scenario. The last thing you want to do when you or a loved one is sick is to stand in an excessive line WITH them because a drive thru is not available. If you're picking up a maintenance medicine, you run the risk of contracting something from others in the line. Mask or not. I'm unsure why Kroger G.O. isn't transferring other pharmacy techs to help with this location until they can be adequately staffed. Seems like they would be concerned about the health risks posed to their clients in this age of Covid?

Don't get prescriptions filled here. Grossly mismanaged Plan on waiting in line 30 minutes. My last there visits averaged 28 minutes standing in line

Showing up at Kroger's for a necessary ingredients just to find out they don't actually close at midnight like the website site says -- They close at eleven. Perhaps we get all the losers sitting on the side of the building waiting for bus a scholarship instead of cigarettes.

I do not visit this Kroger on a regular basis. My boyfriend and I were planning on cooking seafood, so we came mostly for their seafood department and to pick up a few other things. James, helped us with our selections and was incredibly helpful. We wanted our scallops slightly seasoned and he recommend we try a small amount of Old Bay. We also got crab legs. The store was clean. The shelves were well stocked and we were able to get everything on our list.

Ft. Mitchell Kroger has to be the worst pharmacy in the Northern Kentucky area. Slow service, long slow lines inside and at the drive in window. Requests for refills ignored and often don't answer the phone. Stay away from this one .

The grocery department at this location is extremely inconsistent. I find a product I love and the next time I am in the store they no longer carry it. The pharmacy is BAD! I call in prescriptions, they say they should be ready by 3pm. I didn't go in till the next morning and they told me they were still working on it. The line in the drive thru is always long. My family also gets our pet medications filled here but they often times don't actually fill the prescription when we call it in. I now only use this pharmacy as a last resort.

Oh Kroger - WHY would you stop carrying Party Rye loaves?? How do you think people are going to get through the football and Holiday seasons without them? No Hanky Pankies? No mini Reuben sandwiches? It's a travesty. #seeyouatremke Just waited 45 min in the pharmacy drive thru to find out the scheduled prescription hadn't been filled. Awesome

Regarding the pharmacy - let's start with the people ... they are rude and incompetent but hey, it's Kroger so you'd pretty much expect that. I called in a refill on Friday 8 a.m. and was told to pick it up after 2 p.m. Saturday. Stopped by 4 p.m. Sunday and it wasn't ready. They told me "it isn't ready because we didn't know when you would pick it up". Really? 54 hours after it's ordered, it's not ready. It's not possible to be this bad without trying to be bad.

Ah, Yes... the Fort Mitchell Kroger... It's the store where Kroger corporate said "What if we built an entire Kroger only completely backwards?" It's far less artistic than that sentence sounded and takes some getting used to... but once you do, there's a lot of benefits of coming to this Kroger as opposed to the others. Here's some reasons why this Kroger is better than it's nearby siblings: 1) ALL OF TYLER'S EXES GO TO THE NEWPORT KROGER (Sometimes at the same time)- Bingo, that's a good enough reason for me to go the Ft. Mitchell Kroger! 2) EVERYONE ELSE ALSO GOES TO THE NEWPORT KROGER- Why fight the crowds if you don't have to! It's not the most popular Kroger in the area, which means the crowds are usually manageable. At the end of the day, the produce can get a little sparse, so it definitely pays to put up with some of the crowds. 3) IT'S EASIER TO GET TO (if you live on the covington side of the Licking River) It's RIGHT off of I-71/75 South! Just take the Ft Mitchell/Dixie Highway exit and turn left...BOOM You're there! 4) IT'S NOT THE COVINGTON KROGER - The Covington Kroger needs some work. I always feel bad for the locals who walk there, it feels like there's not a lot of care being put into the place where they buy their food. The Ft. Mitchell Kroger is a much better alternative (if you're able to drive). It's easy to find, convenient, and it sells grocery stuff... not a bad deal. If you're like me, and the thought of going to the Newport Kroger makes you just want to drive into the river, try out the Ft. Mitchell Kroger before you do that.

Ridiculous! I attempted to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy. Carly was as rude a person as I have ever met. After they barely acknowledged me, I waited over 20 minutes.. There was no one in line to drop off in front of me. There must have been 8 people working. When the started to collect my info, it was like I was a bother to them. To the point I took my insurance card and left my basket of items and went to CVS. They were as nice as possible to me. Chris was eager to help and polite and very helpful. #neverkroger

You never forget your first one... So when I first moved to this area, I had yet to purchase a car & had to rely on the #1 Tank Bus to get downtown to work, which was like sitting in a mobile ashtray. It also took me to the nearest Kroger, which happened to be this location. I've since been frequenting Newport more regularly, because it's larger & closer to Target, my gym, etc., but for whatever reason, you can sometimes find things at one that you can't at the other & since even with Donald Trump as president, we still live in America & I like to keep my grocery buying options open. Parking here can be insane, though. Genuinely bazonkers.
