Everytime I go to get chicken or any meat from their department those workers are very rude they really need to learn manners I work at a store ànd smile at customers cause that's what we are supposed to be friendly

Staff and Manager do not know how to use digital coupons without the app. Talked to a manager with round black glasses who was very rude and told me "Good luck!" And walked away. The whole place smells like garbage and there's homeless people everywhere with vulture circling over the parking lot... Total dump!

UPDATE: I noticed today that most prices are slowly coming down. After the CEO supposedly admitted to Price-Goughing their customers humm🤔🤔😀
So, yes the groceries are now one of our highest bills monthly. With that said I shop at this Kroger's knowing full well there prices are still way to high. I love the store, products and most all the workers in this store are helpful and pleasant. But because they are so high-priced, I only get certain items there that I can't get at just any old store. Walmart is definitely cheaper but I use them for anything I need.... after I have made a trip to dollar tree, and/or big lots first. Mostly cleaning products animal products and vitamins and some foods, but because their products are limited I go to Kroger's for specific items only. Happy shopping!!! 🙏😀

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to get our weeks groceries and I understand selling food at a discount if the”Best if used by date is within a few days, sure.. not great but I get it.
This morning I went to make myself breakfast with the Philadelphia Strawberry cream cheese I purchased YESTERDAY and of course it had an odd smell considering the best if used by date is OVER 4 MONTHS OLD.. I’m sorry, not sorry.. keeping products this old on your self is unethical.. someone could get sick..
Moral of the story.. check your expiration dates before you buy from this Kroger

Our local Kroger's service has been disappointing due to the manager, Matthew. When we picked up a Kroger Clicklist order, it was incorrect. My wife had to go inside with our children to rectify the issue, but Matthew claimed he couldn't help and said a refund was impossible. After some insistence, he agreed to provide the correct groceries but made us wait over 10 minutes while he got us the correct groceries we paid for. This lack of empathy and poor customer service from a manager is unacceptable. Despite being local, we will be avoiding this store in the future

I am a loyal Kroger customer hell I worked for Kroger two separate times of my lifetime for a total of almost 10 years. So yeah I tend to choose them over everywhere else.
But today......
I got off work and realize I had no dog food for my dog. It's 10: 40 pm when I walk in the parking lot and notice there's a whole bunch of carts around the front of the building upside down.
No big deal I just need to go and get dog food go to the front door doors locked not a single soul around except for the guys working on the carts. I asked what's going on and they get snotty and say the stores closed just as two other separate groups of people get out of their vehicles to walk into the store.
I tell the five other people that the stores closed and they say but it's open till 11:00 and it's only 10:45 right now. I said I agree. It makes no sense.
I'm already disabled and had to walk to the store now I have to walk twice as far to Sunoco to see if they have any super expensive dog food. Thank you Kroger you suck.

Workers just stand around and watch you scan groceries and machines stop working then they act like it's a big deal to come over and fix it so you can continue doing kroger job!!!

Really great Kroger's, friendly staff, great prices and gas points help a lot. The Kroger liquor store next store has the best prices around here.
And I REALLY love their new high speed shopping carts!!! 😂😂😂😂😂

Just a heads up, the gray haired man who sits in front of the 5/3 rd ATM with a sign claiming to be an Army vet, and asking for money. It is complete stolen valor. He has no idea what a M.O.S. is. Enough said don't give him your money he is a thief

When we've gone there lately things have been moldy even if they haven't reached their expiration date. I shouldn't have to inspect my food every single time.
