Awful customer service. Only one employee working with 10+people in the store needing help. If you have any issues with your device they won't replace it or fix your account.

Lincoln by far is the brand standard when it comes to customer service. He not only patiently waded through miscommunication waters for three hours, he was relentless in getting me resolved before leaving the premisises. This will be my metro store because of his due diligence from here on out!

Went in today to see about an upgrade cause my phone only works when it wants to. Mary was busy with a guest so Alex waited on me. He told me what he had to offer and I inquired about a couple different phones. However their upgrade deals just didn't seem like deals to me so I just said never mind and was about to leave. Alex said hold on and let me look at something on ur account. So he got T Mobile on the phone and they worked out a deal with me that I was impressed with. Most people wouldn't do that because they make commission of the customers they deal with so it was truly appreciated. While I was on the phone with T-Mobile it was on speaker and Mary was in the background helping me make decisions on which phone and also helped me ask questions that I may not have asked . These two in my opinion are the best workers that I have dealt with as long as I have had metro. They truly do a great job and offer great customer service

I have been going here for a year and Alex is awesome and his coworker the young blonde. Most places I've been to the staff switches up so much. These 2 guys have done everything to get me the best options and explained everything in detail if I had questions. They are very tech savvy. I appreciate them remembering my face everytine I go in with an issue or to get an upgrade or pay a bill.

Went here to get an unlimited plan and left with a new phone as well. Customer service was stellar. Lincoln was knowledgeable and more than helpful. Highly recommend this location.

I like this cellphone service and the workers are like friends that works with the phone when something crazy happens and it stops working all together thanks metro workers at 16th and Madison in Covington

Excellent service! Greg is the sweetest and most helpful metro manager I've ever met, he goes above and beyond to make sure you're sent home with a good phone! Plus, the cedars next door is definitely a win after buying a phone?

I can't say enough good things about the male sales rep who helped me. He was so patient he really just works with people phenomenally and you just don't see that very often especially in the neighborhood which the store is in. Definitely go and see him
