Excellent service! Greg is the sweetest and most helpful metro manager I've ever met, he goes above and beyond to make sure you're sent home with a good phone! Plus, the cedars next door is definitely a win after buying a phone?

I can't say enough good things about the male sales rep who helped me. He was so patient he really just works with people phenomenally and you just don't see that very often especially in the neighborhood which the store is in. Definitely go and see him

Store has not updated hours of operation online or on the window I don't know their hours but 8am-10am they are closed

This store is totally 110 present a hell of a lot better then one in Newport they won't help u in Newport or aleast the forin guy wouldn't all he done was try to sellw same phone case and safety glass for 160 went I got it all for 123 at store in Covington very unprofessional at Newport store but one in Covington I really recommend the one in Covington Leah is the tom 110 top peromace and 110 customer service and also recommend the guy that works there he really helped me out when he was already trying to take care of another customer very very professional human beings

It doesn't even deserve one star. Went in to Metro by T-Mobile at 1611 Madison Street in Covington on May 17th. My old phone stopped charging so I paid $ to upgrade my phone and $22 to activate it. It has never worked properly. I have never had access to my internet/data but I also am unable to send text messages or make phone calls. If I restart my phone I am able to make a couple of calls or send a couple of texts but it only lasts for a few minutes. Then once again I cannot do anything. I've been dealing with this since then and have had zero success and getting them to fix this. I actually left the store in tears the other day. Has anyone else ever experienced this or had any trouble with this store in particular? I've worked with Greg the manager, Monica the district manager, several customer service employees and lastly the owner Mark. Who happened to be in from Michigan the other day and said he was working on it for me and I haven't heard from him since. I've also spoke to several representatives in technical support and am always given a ticket number. When I call back in for updates I am told the ticket numbers don't exist. I've tried a different phone as well. I was also told to try buying another phone to see if it would work. WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER PHONE WHEN I DID ON 17rh AND IT NEVER WORKED. I live alone and have no way 9f calling out if I would need someone. I feel like I'm being Punk'd!!! Has anyone ever experienced anything like this at all? I'm absolutely lost.

Went out of my way to this store because they had higher ratings. Customer service was great, still not happy about the 20$ charge to remain a customer and switch to a new phone. Not sure what that's about. But not CSRs fault.

I went to the Metro T - Mobile @ location 1611 Madison Ave. Covington, Ky on Fri. 06/11/2021 w/ my new I - Phone to set it up & to transfer all of my info from my Samsung A20 Android The employee Greg helped me all their employees are nice & they go out of their way for customer service. & they also don't confuse you & don't pressure you into selling you a product that you don't really need. I like that a lot. I'd highly recommend this store & give the store 5 Stars. Both of my sons have been in the Navy for over 10 yrs. Way to go Shayne & Adam. Mom is & always will be proud of you & our families. stay safe in your lives, & love ones.Thank you both for serving & sacrificing to keep everyone safe. God bless everyone.Shayne & my Daughter in law Sasha they bought the phone on their cell phone plan & paying for my unlimited talk,text,data.So that way I'll have a cell phone where they can call,text me & Then in th cell phone box it was just the phone & USB Cord So I text Sasha & asked her where's the God bless them both.

Lydia was super super helpful as well as knowledgeable about the phones for sale as well as the plans. She provided me with superior customer service and assisted me in transferring my old phone number to my new Metro phone. Plus the prices were very affordable.
