I purchased a couple Ohio Drink Local glasses from a local shop several years ago. I use them A LOT.... but the state decal came off and I was super bummed. I contact customer service wondering about any warranty. THEY SENT ME TWO NEW GLASSES! I totally didn't expect that. They certainly went above and beyond. Defiantly ordering more products from them. Thank you for the fantastic experience ;)
