They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.

Great repair shop with honest and friendly people. I had a minor issue and they fixed it on the spot. Have taken cars there for many years and have never been disappointed.

They do impeccable work. They also clean the inside of the car, which is unheard of.
I am the fleet manager with 29 cars and I’ll take all my cars there from now on .
Charlie did some of the detailing. He’s got the cigarette and Don oh is one of the owners… damn good people.

I wish I would’ve went with a different auto body their communication sucks the owner is nice but whoever he has to answer the phone is rude and has a smart mouth I had to keep calling to check the status of my vehicle when I stated for them to call me. Took over a month to get it done so I had to come out of pocket for my rental. Finally got my vehicle back and although the appearance was great the noises I’m hearing from my vehicle are alarming. They’re okay but I’m sure there are better places out there.

Ron and Paul are my go to guys for anything auto body related. They are so kind, informative and helpful through what is usually a grueling situation. It’s hard to find, HONEST, car shops with genuine intent! P&R is totally it! I will never go anywhere else.

P & R is where you want to bring your vehicle for repairs. They made my damaged 7 year old car look and function as if it was brand new and saved me a lot of money in the process. They were very transparent and answered all my questions.

P & R are one of the few shops with incredible integrity. They did absolutely amazing work on my Volkswagen, after another body shop did a hack job. They treated my car and myself with the utmost respect. They make sure you are not being overcharged for work done and are completely transparent. They had my car back to me in under 5 business days.
