I strongly wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all. I have the worst experience buying luxury car in here.I bought L-Certified 2018 Lexus RX350 on Memorial Day weekend.L-Certified means next to Brand New.Salesman didn’t show any features or explain nothing. He just brought that car to lot & just stand. He didn’t do anything. We just checked by ourselves. He doesn’t deserve any commission or anything from us.Next day when we went to get the delivery of that car, they just handed only one key for L-Certified car. Next day I called salesman about 2nd key & he said that’s what & all I get. Then I talked to one of the manager about 2nd key & I litterally fought to get 2nd key. & also for floor liners. They did sent both of it in mail. Then I also found the panels under the driver seat goes in front & left (where are the switches to adjust the driver seat) were broken. Can be seen in photos attached. I called & talked to same manager twice about broken panels under seat. Both times she said salesman & other manager will get back with me. No one got back with me so far. Then I fixed those panels, which cost me under $600/-.That’s why I strongly wouldn’t recommend this dealer. They just want your money & interesting in your money. They don’t provide any customer service or support. That’ll.If you have to go to this dealership for really really cheap price, make sure you thoroughly check the vehicle & also make sure you see & get 2 keys.Because there is shortage of chips, they trying to give you only one key.Also, make sure you get everything what you been promised. Like they told me that they took floor liners off the car, because that car was in process of detailing. When I took the delivery of that car, there were no floor liners. Also, check the invoice thoroughly & verify what this dealership collects from you, they pay accordingly. I am still verifying.Specifically, this kind of salesman doesn’t deserve any compensation from you buying cars from this dealership.Answer your question is BIG NO.They haven’t get back with me.They exactly know what they sold me.This dealership is Money Oriented.Not Customer Oriented at all.Made one of the biggest mistake to go to this dealership.Hope you don’t make that mistake.This dealership is Pathetic.October 25, 2023 WednesdayGood Morning. KellyThanks for contacting me after 5 months. Who would wait to resolve or to get response for 5 months ?I contacted Nikki Leper 2 times in June of 2023. Both times, she said some of the managers will contact me. So far no one had contacted me & you did after 5 months. The sales person was so rude, even he should not get a single penny from selling me a car. This dealership knew exactly what are they selling me. That’s why they didn’t respond or resolve immediately. & waited for 5 months.I already have repaired the panels shown in pictures. I spent close to $600/- to repair those panels.Now, I don’t know what are you going to do.

Service department was top-notch. They did a full, routine inspection of vehicle, found an issue with the front brakes and corrected. Everyone was very attentive and professional. What happens is the tech takes a video of the inspection along with any issues found, then you are sent a link to the video to review. After that, you choose/approve the recommended work. Works pretty well. So far, I would recommend them for service work.

My wife and I have been buying vehicles here and servicing them here since the dealership opened. Mike Masse has been my main service advisor from day one. Whenever one of the vehicles has an issue I talk to Mike and he gives the best honest and knowledgeable advice. I really can trust Mike after knowing him for 20+ years. The entire staff is top notch and very professional as I would expect from the Lexus brand. I am looking forward to visiting the new facility when it opens in 2024.

I highly recommend this Lexus dealership. My salesman, Tom Jackson was courteous, professional, and asserted no pressure whatsoever, which, in my experience is a rare occurrence. I purchased an Aston Martin DB9 convertible, and the sales manager, Jordan, was very knowledgeable regarding the specifics of my vehicle. From the moment I walked into the dealership until I pulled away in my new car, Tom and Jordan listened to my concerns, addressed all of my questions and made the buying experience enjoyable and effortless.

Shaky customer service and sales communication, but quality management. I scheduled a test drive for a vehicle that was perfect for me with every intention of buying it. However, before I could, I was told that my test drive had to be cancelled because the vehicle was out for maintenance and wouldn't be back for a week, but that they would contact me as soon as it was back to reschedule my test drive. A week later I checked back in since no one contacted me, and was told it was already sold to someone that had "bought it sight unseen." It turns out, the vehicle was in for more than maintenance, as it had some major body work that needed to be repaired, and that the sight-unseen buyer was another dealer that bought it wholesale. This was all communicated to me by the General Manager at Performance Lexus, who reached out to me after the fact to clear things up since I was upset at missing out on what I thought was a perfect car. We both agreed that communication could have been better given how vague the information I initially received was, and that my frustration could have been avoided with more accurate information. Thank you, Kelly, for reaching out to listen to me vent.

Tim Tucker is not to be trusted!!!! Sold me a 2016 jeep patriot. Told me everything was fine. The next day I found out I needed new tires and breaks. Wanted to send me to a used tire place on a bad side of town. Could have killed my mom and myself.

Hannah is very polite and respectful. Basically she is assistant service manager. In two weeks I paid for improper diagnostics and zero repairs. I had key lost by service dept. They ultimately replaced the key and when car was return my lost key mysteriously ended up back with the new key. I don’t even know what else to say but wow! I was interested in upgrading to newer Lexus and walked the lot for half hour while my car was there and keys being looked for. Nobody approached me, must have thought I was a street bum since they didn’t see me in my car.UPDATE: This dealership had a vehicle in stock I was very interested in. Hesitantly, I returned to take a look at it in person. I walked in the showroom and was impressed with the immediate attention I received by several of the staff on hand. I was dressed very casual/relaxed and quit honestly very under dressed in my own opinion. That didn’t seem to be taken into consideration by anyone. I was shown the vehicle I wanted to see promptly. I said I want this car and let’s get the deal done. Tom is a very impressive salesman. Very friendly and helpful thru-out the entire process. Even though he had to wait for hours after closing to complete this deal. He stayed and even appeared to be happy to do so. (Personally would have drove me crazy.) Kelly is absolutely amazing also and came thru with the final numbers that everyone was happy with. This was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my somewhat long life. Congrats to you all for making me feel special and welcomed even after the previous visit problems. SOMETIMES… a second chance is all it takes. I will definitely buy from here again.

Was looking at a 2009 ES-350. Was told it was in flawless looking condition. Obviously wanted to be sure before driving 45 minutes to see the car. Get down there to look at it and it has rust beginning on the arches/quarter panels. One side like a sore thumb so definitely not flawless. Weird wear on the roof edges near the rear glass, deep scratches, bent up trunk. Inside of trunk form is damaged pretty good. Not sure where the word flawless comes in. Then I’m told the rust isn’t gonna “spread”. How do you think it started in the first place? What rust doesn’t spread?? It doesn’t instantly make paint bubble. Give that car about a year or two of winter driving and that quarter won’t be repairable.. being a technician I can assure you that. Feel bad for whoever gets that car. At least be honest before making someone take a 45 minute trip to look at a hoopty..

Serigne Lam was everything a car salesman should have been during my interactions with him. Transparent, honest, not too serious, and welcoming. We bought our car from him over the course of three days during which he never pressured us into the end stages of a sale. He encouraged us to get the car inspected by a third-party mechanic. He let us test drive it thoroughly and take our time in considering the purchase of it. He walked us through why the vehicle might not be the best fit for us. All in all, I'd recommend that if you were going to purchase a vehicle from Performance Lexus RiverCenter it be through him. Plus, he'll give you really good restaurant recommendations

Even though I didn’t get a Lexus I did get a 2020 Audi Q3. I love the car but I loved how easy they made the process for me even more. I worked with Thomas Jackson and I’ve already recommended him to family members. I’m a female in my mid 20s so I always have my guard up going into dealerships ready for the worst. But he didn’t push for me to buy anything nor did he use any crazy sales pitches. Very straight to the point (as I am) and helped me find exactly what I was looking for all while navigating my budget. Huge thanks to Tom Jackson, Brent Smart and David Worst for staying until almost 9:30pm to help me get my car in order! I drove from Columbus OH and I’d do it again for my next car!

My buying experience at Performance Lexus RiverCenter was top notch. John Jones was one of the nicest, most welcoming salespersons I’ve encountered. He made the process very easy.Mitch in technology was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. Not having purchased a new vehicle in 15 years put me behind in all the technology upgrades.I just had my first service appointment and Hannah was a sweetheart. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area with their wonderful assortment of refreshments including a commercial coffee machine. A latte was calling my name. Lots of snacks. All of this was a nice touch. Saying hi to John was a must too!Highly recommend.
