Update : I got a call first thing in the morning and it was handled well and problem fixed ! Definitely appreciated !
Purchased a car June 6th . Nice really car : experience was great : the issue is I am almost 90 days in : payments paid on time . Temp tags expired August 5th here we are almost 30 days expired and never got the white title nor registration. I called but due to car salesman I dealt with has quit they have to go thru corporate. I need this took care of like NOW. I now live 2 1/2 hours away so I’m going to have to waste a trip if I have to come get yet another temp tag . Idk what the confusion is . I’ve done everything on my end . So if we can figure out the hold up that would be great . I don’t have extra money to throw around for tickets for riding with expired tags that isn’t my fault!!! I need answers like 30 days ago!!

Literally the text book definition of scummy dealership the vehicle I test drove was absolutely filthy and from the looks of they don’t even clean them before the put these vehicles on their website. As soon I got in the vehicle the salesman basically told me they had multiple people looking at the vehicle and it might go quick. Not to mention the mark up on the vehicles is absolutely crazy they were trying to get me to buy a vehicle worth 6k at the most for 10k don’t go here BUYERS BEWARE

Very upsetting experience with trying to do business with them. I'm not sure what the issue is with the bank they deal with. But I feel like I've been getting the run around just to be let down. I work and catch 2 lyfts or ubers a day back and forward to work. The first experience was approved than issues with the bank came back sold the car. Picked out another one now they are having issues with the bank again. Even tho Mark is very friendly and professional. This is a very upsetting experience

2012 sienna was trying to purchase and work a deal with them. Car had an oil leak that I asked if it can be fixed before purchase they said they could. The sales man gave us no confidence he had 0 efforts to try to sell a car and very bad communication. He tells me the car is out and ready for me too check it out. I go up to the dealership and the vehicle is still in service. Was willing to pay cash for it if the deal was right. But they had 0 efforts to even try sell it. Definitely needs some sales training at this place.

They crooks, they sold us a SUV with no air-conditioned after the fact, four different tires resulting in uncomfortable ride, which they owner refuse to change and was very nasty, once the bank approved you that's it, take a mechanic when purchasing from these Clowns ? they very slippery. I recommend take a mechanic and road test your prospective purchase.

We bought our car in March. Here it is almost July we've gone through 2 temps tags and still haven't received our license plate. The first time we had to go up there to get another temp tag we found out the paperwork was still sitting on a desk not even sent. Now our other temp tag is about to expire and I call to find out what's going on. We were told to come in and figure it out. My husband and I go up there to find out they lost the title to the car we purchased and therefore that's why we don't have a license plate. The cherry on top is that we went there to purchase a vehicle the salesman basically shamed us for needing a affordable car with a lower payment. We are a young couple with a new baby. We live within our means. Disgusting how frustrating this whole process has been.

Sent my Lexus to the service department to find out why it wouldn’t start. Holly and a service technician attempted to charge me $1000 for diagnostics when my car only needed a new fuse. It was a very frustrating experience.

Go see Mark! He is so sweet and considerate and takes the anxiety out of the process all while keeping your best interest at heart. My daughter got her very first car today and it was a great experience we are forever grateful. Thank you to Tim as well!! Such a down to earth kind human being.
