Went with my mother and my brother on a Wednesday afternoon, looking to adopt. We were a few minutes early of our booked time and grabbed a drink ahead of hanging out with the cats. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The cats were all cute but with us being picky, we didn't leave with one. There were two other people sharing our time slot but that was no issue.

I like the idea of the this establishment. Super cute themed decor and lots of toys and structures to keep the kitties busy. The drink menu has good variety, and this is a fun place to hang out, while supporting a good cause.I feel that there are a few things that could be improved, but overall this is a nice place to go with friends or if you have older kids. After visiting other cat cafes prior to this one, I felt keeping litter boxes out in the open to be a bit unhygienic to have drinks around. The litter box odor was quick to hit our noses.Part of my concern is that small children may try to play with the litter box contents.Cleaning boxes between guest groups could possibly help this, or having hidden litter boxes. One other note-If you don’t like crowds and want to meet the more reserved kitties, avoid the weekend, and choose your time slot wisely. I wish that the groups sizes were a bit smaller to help encourage the shy cats to interact, and increase their chances of getting adopted. With that said, I really like that sessions are offered for ages 18+.

I took my 3 year old here to interact with some kitties and of course she got scratched, as sometimes happens with wild children! Haley was incredibly helpful in giving my kiddo a band aid, a sticker, and checking on us multiple times. I got a snack and a drink, and both were wonderful! Service was wonderful, the cats were great, and even though I will wait til she’s older to take her in the cat room, I will definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a sweet kitty and a yummy treat!

I want to leave a warning about getting a cat here. My boyfriend and I got Jasper at the end of June. Immediately after we picked him up we noticed he was severely ill. I reached out to them to let them know he was sick and they told me I had to directly reach out to the rescue Jasper came from and that they had saw no signs of sickness. He had snot coming out of his nose and watery eyes when we picked him up and when he got home his conditions worsened. We took Jasper to the vet 5 times in the span of 4 months. The first visit he had a UTI and a severe upper respiratory infection. When we told them we got Jasper at Purrfect, the vet said he had quite a few cats come from Purrfect all with respiratory infections. We ended up having to continually take Jasper to the vet because he was having severe runny nose, watery eyes, and seizures. I had snot everywhere in my apartment. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him.I came home one evening where I found Jasper limp. We rushed him to the ER and all the lady had to do was run some vitals to deem liver failure. After $2500 in vet bills and only having him for 4 months, we had to put him down. It was extremely heart breaking. We tried to change our experience with Purrfect Day Cat Cafe by going recently. After 30 minutes we left even more traumatized because two cats showed signs of respiratory issues and another cat had eyes so infected that it could barely open them. I’m so disappointed in my experience with this place.

I have been here two separate times and I can say this is one of my favorite locations EVER!! If you're a cat lover, absolutely go here. The cats are well cared for and social, and the drinks are really good too.The second time I went I got a kitten, and she's the most amazing little baby I've ever had. She's so well-socialized from being at the cafe and it was so wonderful getting to know my cats personality before choosing to adopt her. Plus the price includes spaying/neutering, testing, and kitten shots! Also, I was really happy to see that Purrfect Day was adamantly against declawing cats. Amazing experience here.

Great experience, 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of some cuddle therapy. The adoption process for little Cookie was quick and stress free!

Having been to several cat cafes, this one was generally very nice and clean with plenty of adorable cats. Food-wise: They were out of their cat-shaped soft pretzels. My main caveat to folks is there is no hold on cats. My teenage daughter visited and received approval from me/parent to adopt one. Understandably, you need to be an adult to adopt. She and her friend took an application and drove just 1.5mi to downtown cinci to pick me up from my work and return to complete the adoption. They were gone about 15min, and we arrived back to someone else adopting the cat.It was pretty heartbreaking for my daughter. So if you want to adopt, have an adult present from the get go to complete the paperwork and don’t assume a cat will be there even 15min later.I do understand and appreciate the goal is to find them homes, and I’m sure some folks say they’ll come back and don’t, but still - 15min?

We went in a little late at night, before 6pm, so we weren't able to bring my 10 year old daughter in, as they go 18 plus around then. But, it was our first time, we didn't know, but now we do for next time! The ladies were super nice, and even went so far and to bring out a chill kitty for quick pets. She totally didn't have to do that, but we appreciate that she did.We ordered various drinks and a large soft pretzel and everything tasted great! Definitely making a reservation in the near future!

Cool cafe with nice coffee and sweet drinks, plus alcohol if you like. Lots of different treats as well. Atmosphere is cool and the cats are great! You can adopt any of the cats there. It's a nice place for a date night and contributing to a good cause!

Absolutely the best/worst idea for my boyfriend’s birthday. He was in love, almost in Tears. He wanted to take at least 3 cats home, falling in love at every turn.It was very spacious in both the cafe and cat room. The staff was incredibly informative and kind, made us feel we were among friends. I love how they went over expectations before going into the room because it helped everyone to appropriately interact with the kittens. The scones were delicious! Not dry or nothing!
