If you are into athletics and I highly recommend Road ID they have ID for all your needs. I have one for my Garmin and I plan on ordering more. I like them for the security they provide if I fall or get hurt or injured 1st responders know what to do and who to contact. they also make them for pets.

So, I ordered 4 different items (2 human items and 2 dog items). I received the order for the dogs, but not the human ones. I emailed the company to state that I hadn’t received the item. I was sending my mom to a program and wanted to make sure that in addition to her AirTag that she had RoadId bling. I only partially read the email about a refund. Anyway, a neighbor delivered the package to my mailbox after I received the email. I didn’t want to be a thief of product, so I was going to order the 2 human items again and ask for it not to be mailed. So when I called to have my card charged for items, it turns out that I was only refunded shipping. I’m a little disappointed that I was only refunded shipping and was the charge for the undelivered items remained. I felt like a fool for calling to be charged for the items. Even though I have ordered in the past and just made a new order that I was treated this way. Anyway, I did pay for that shipping today. I emptied my cart from the items that I was going to purchase.The product is a good one, but that issue of only refunding shipping when your package doesn’t arrive is the worst.

I used to love this company, but in the last year their customer service has gone downhill fast. Responses are slow, rude, and the employees don't pretend to care...at least they used to be better at acting. Their sales are vague and clickbaity- pay close attention to their wording and don't expect that First Responder discount to work on anything but engraved items. You have to find that out the hard way.

Several of times I’ve ordered from Road ID website and had products shipped to home address. Ordered the item wrist band with engraved tags different colors/sizes. I prefer the older version wristbands with the velcro over the newer version that they are now using. The wristband with velcro much easier to snap onto wrist and remove. Newer models wristbands it’s a hassle getting onto wrist and taking it off. Doesn’t snuggle as well as the velcro ones and doesn’t feel secured to wrists. Outside of this I have been very happy with purchasing ID wristbands and engravings over the years as a former marathon runner! Yeehaw! Yeehaw! On your mark! Get Set! Go! Go!??

Awful customer service. They just want your cell phone and email to spam itI received three coupon codes that don’t work, even though they were not expired. When I followed up, I received no response. My family has been a loyal customer for years, but we’re disappointed at the lack of service for loyalty

Thx road ID. I'm really happy with my medi-alert bracelet. The delivery from Kentucky to Belgium was surprisingly fast. Only 20 days. The material is smooth and the metal piece is really lightweight. Thx again.

Just bought my 2nd road ID after many, many years of relying on the safety of wearing one while cycling solo. Bought another wrist ID -- a new style that's nylon and sporty and love color almost as much as the clasp for the velcro strap. Really pleased but also have to mention that MANY companies could learn a lot about CUSTOMER SERVICE from these folks; incredible customer service! Thank you!

I had ordered a Road ID back in 2015, and then ordered different colored bands as well when I saw how awesome these were. I signed up for the digital tracking which was awesome so my husband could “watch over” me when I was out training for my half marathons. I ordered iDs for my husband and son eventually and when Dog ID came out, pups got them for their collars. Only wish rabies rages came this way to stop all the “jangle” sound!! lol Life gave a major hiccup in 2017 so my running was significantly slowed so I didn’t stay up with the new products from Road ID, my old stuff works fine for me. We lost our 13 year old dog about 2 years ago and this summer decided to get a puppy. Well my first thought was Dog ID!! They are amazing and I ordered her one for the collar we bought at Petsmart. While ordering I saw the new collar/ID that DogID offers and so I ordered a collar and leash combo. On my first order of just the DogID, right after I placed it and went back to main page I get a code offer for free shipping. I emailed my displeasure at the “after the fact” offer. The refunded my shipping! Then when I placed the collar/leash order, a week later I receive an email about a discount if you order a collar/leash bundle!! Again I emailed my displeasure I also mentioned that I forgot to use my 20% off coupon that was sent with my first order. Immediately they got back with me and refunded the coupon price which was more than the $10 off on the bundle! I was impressed before and still super impressed!!

Good quality medical ID plate. Wish it was just a bit wider to fit nylon velcro band although I managed to get it fit.

I love ROADiD! I've been ordering from them for years and I've never had a problem. I placed an order recently and, like an idiot, didn't proof read my own typing and ended up with a typo on my Pet ID. I reached out to customer service just hoping to get a discount code so I could reorder the tag (since it was completely my fault that I missed the typo!) and the customer service rep Brea went above and beyond and blew my mind! She said they would replace my tag, no charge, even thought it was NOT THEIR FAULT! SO AMAZING! Won't buy pet tags from anyone else. This is one of the best companies out there, they really care about their customers! I'd give 10 stars if I could! The ID's always look so nice and professional, thanks ROADiD!

I dreaded getting a medical bracelet for what I thought it said about me... but ROAD iD has great styles, materials and custom engraving that I actually got a "that's cool" from my son! No higher praise than that. So I think ROAD iD is COOL! Great customer service and personal attention. They should be the model for all other small businesses - that's how you beat the Amazon's...
