We moved into Roebling Row a little over a month ago and so far it’s been amazing. We had a lease signed at another complex, but that fell through due to the place not being move in ready and having mold. Jessica was fantastic and was able to give us a tour on short notice, and then get us moved in within 1 weekend. She was so helpful in such a chaotic time for us. Since moving in, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here!

My fourth year at Roebling. Having spent all of my life in a house I didn't know what to expect but Jessicah and the Towne Properties team provided a safe and exciting environment. Roebling is located near restaurants, small businesses and professionals and just a short walk across the bridge and you are at the Red, Bengals and parks. I highly recommend Roebling Apartments and Towne Properties.

Roebling Row is a terrific apartment complex: very clean, plenty of room, updated appliances, gym, and attentive management. And, best of all, we are within walking distance of all major league and college sports, bars and restaurants. Even though I rated it a 5 star, they should be a 10 star, at least.

I have been a resident for over 10 years and would heartily recommend Roebling Row as a place to live. Whether you are just starting out in your career or downsizing , there is a place for you here.

I’ve had such a great experience at Roebling Row Apartments! From the moment I first inquired, Jessica in the office has been incredibly kind and helpful. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always answering my questions with patience and a smile. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents here.
The apartments themselves are beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location near the river. It’s quiet but still close to everything Covington and Cincinnati have to offer. The building is well-kept, and maintenance is responsive whenever needed.
If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with great management, I highly recommend Roebling Row!

Parking chaos, aging apartments! Lived here 1.6 years and had leaks from upstairs apartment from water heater, then dishwasher which causes damage to our apartments ceiling, causing management to run a loud humidifier and loud industrial fan for approximately 2 weeks! Noise from constant construction from. The back then from the front! And people run up and down the hallway at all hours of the day with their dog!

We have been admiring Roebling Row from a far for a while and decided to take the chance without seeing the apartment in person, and it was an amazing decision. Everything was even better than the images/videos and we are absolutely loving this community and space!

Candido and Jessica absolutely rock. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!! I love this apartment complex. You are within walking distance to all of the top spots that Cincinnati offers. I enjoy walking to Red's games in the summer – just a short walk over the Roebling Row Bridge. Can't recommend it enough.

I have never lived in a more perfect complex before! The location is more than ideal - there are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. I also walk across the Roebling Bridge to get to the Banks and Great American Ballpark. You're also close to Newport, 71 and 75! So my commute to work in west Cincy couldn't be better. The service is outstanding and Jessica is so helpful if you ever have questions. I feel like I am in the city without the hassle of downtown traffic; it feels like a peaceful neighborhood and you're right by the river. All my friends visited me and gushed over my apartment and the location - it was perfect for entertaining. I definitely recommend checking out Roebling Row!

Wanted to give a shout out to Jessica and Candido for the beautiful outdoor deck this summer at Roebling Row. They put up patriotic bunting for the holidays and repotted the big planters with beautiful flowers - have even seen hummingbirds flitting about! Kudos to them on a job well done!!!
