This place claims to help with assistance, yet everytime i call ... especially in the beginning of the month as directed, NOONE ever answers the phone! How is someone ever supposed to get any help or assistance when Noone answers the phone & when they do, it's to say.. call again next month🙃🫥 same repeated circle! Ridiculous!

I love the salvation army they do great work and help with slot of different things food utilities and I believe bus passes as well also amazing Christmas help

This organization once helped me with Christmas gifts for my daughter when I was having an extremely difficult time financially. The family that donated the gift really put a lot of effort into doing so. They were so thoughtful and I am eternally grateful.

I live behind the Salvation Army Church on Scott Street in Covington and today 12-23-22 Friday, with a temperature of -2 they plowed their snow against my parking lot gate making it impossible for my wife to get the car out to go to work. She works at a hospital. I called and got to director's phone extension, but got voice message. I told him to get the snow removed ASAP. He never called back. I went to the back door to ring their bell but there was a sign stating "ringer out of order". I went to the front door, but there was no door bell. I had to shovel all the snow myself, which took about two hours. At 75 years old that was a risky thing to do. They did this once before under a different director. They certainly do not earn the name Salvation.
