After getting my car towed here and paying over 900 to get my car fixed, so I thought, I catch a Lyft from Cincinnati to pick up my car just to only get 7 minutes away and my car began to do exactly what it was doing that made me get it towed to them in the first place i then was told “oh we ran another diagnostic test and this is the problem and it’ll cost you this much” me needing my vehicle i agreed and had to pay over 700 bucks the second time around!!! I absolutely feel I was taken advantage of and I’ve brought my cars here quite a few times and I have referred friends and family but never again and it’s disheartening that a company does this to their customers. Shame on them.

I went to them to get my muffler repaired and some struts put on. They did the work but what they didn’t tell me is that my frame was rusted and I wasted my money almost a thousand dollars sad. Had to Junk my car and buy a new one.

This place is horrible. They’ve lost an official customer. My fiancé came in for a free inspection. There was a misunderstanding between him and Tod to where Tod charged my Fiancé for a FREE inspection that was NOT supposed to be charged. Instead of Tod apologizing for the misunderstanding and inconvenience, he decided to CURSE at my fiancé in front of the WHOLE store and insult his intelligence. He was completely rude towards a situation that was 100% his fault and the fault of his team. My fiancé is as sweet as can be. He doesn’t do conflict, so this was WAY out of the ordinary for him to be treated and talked to this way. This was extremely unprofessional and cruel treatment to not only a customer but a HUMAN BEING. Moral of the story my fiancé was charged for almost $70 for an inspection that was supposed to be FREE. And when he got his car back he had a huge CRACK on his passenger window that was NOT there when we dropped the car off. -0 stars for this place! BEWAREEEEEE

Smith's has a stellar reputation for a reason. These gentlemen go out of their way to do a good job at the best price. VERY happy with these guys! They replaced two engine mounts on my Mini Cooper S Convertible using OEM parts for the same price ($1300) as another garage wanted for one mount using aftermarket parts. What's worse, the Mini Cooper dealer wanted $1850 to replace one mount.
Sometimes when a mechanic gets into a job they will find additional things that needs to be addressed. THAT IS NORMAL AND SOMETIMES HAPPENS! Can't say enough good things!

Took car in to get a CV axle replaced (I supplied the replacement part). Had no appointment on a Friday afternoon, they got me right in and replaced it within a few hours. Everything in the world costs too much these days but their prices were reasonable, probably less than what a dealership would have charged me. Not to mention a dealership wouldn't have been able to get me in and out same day on a weekend with no appointment.

Honest place. I brought my car in for service and they checked my mileage and told me I wasn't due yet. They were right and didn't charge me for unnecessary service.

They charge 1200.00 for labor and parts was only 581.13. Now tell me who is robbing who. I mite as well went to the dealer ship. I bet it would have been less. Radiator replacement on my 2019 Cadillac xt5.

Went in to ask about the quote process on getting a custom exhaust, older gentleman at the counter was rude and dismissive. Snappy remarks of “well what do you even need” and talked to me as if I didn’t have a clue of what’s going on, belittling and disrespecting. Not taking my business here.

This is what 900$ looks like. I'd check any work these hack masters do this is what they did on 3 different occasions and when I took it back the 4th time the owners son tried to charge me 600$ more.I ended up taking it to Carthage auto parts and they did a wonderful job
