Purchased a loveseat for $75 dollars. They offered to hold it for a couple hours, then turned around and sold it to someone else and let me show up and waste my time and my money. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t enjoy throwing your money and time away :)

I frequent St. Vincent de Paul in Erlanger often. I had some mishaps in my life and returned after 20 years to drinking alcohol. I would walk in the store, looking at my toes, ashamed of myself escaping and retail therapy, and I noticed a woman with multiple tattoos easy to notice that way, and I began to look up I watched her. I saw her kindness. I saw her enthusiasm for life. I saw her passion for people and helping people and I wondered where it came from, and I wanted it --upon conversations and inquiries I learned This woman helped me see it as bill sees it again I returned to an anonymous program and got some help and wandered in Saint Vincent de Paul again, and shared my story with her, and how her life impacted my life, and she didn't even know it , it's the classic story of redemption and repurpose --in my darkness. I looked up and I saw something and someone else that was interesting and joyful and peaceful and helpful and kind and it changed my life. I love St. Vincent de Paul and how they purposed unwanted stuff, but more than anything. I love this woman who showed me my life again could be repurposed. I have seen more Christ amp n this elaborately tattooed women than I've ever seen in oginized religion - and for that I am greatful

Love thrift store shopping. You never know what you'll find. And it's good to know St. Vince DePaul uses proceeds to help folks who need it .

I was shopping at this one a couple days ago and had to stand in line for 10 mins while the cashier was wrapping a huge glass purchase for the woman in front of me. The entire time the manager was standing there chatting w another employee watching the woman at the register try to hurry and do all the wrapping alone . I guess her lunch and gossip were more important than her job bc she never once offered to help ! Even when I said something to her and the other employee for not helping the cashier. When I said you should be helping this lady her response was to walk out to the ramp to finish her gossip session w the male employee!! I shop there all the time and see her in the back rummaging thru the donations or carrying bags out to her car! I’ll be rethinking my next visit to stvdp !

Great Thrift Store. Little bit of everything here. Good furniture and clothing. They even give me a air conditioner for free. My VA nurse told them I needed it to breathe better. They're not just a second hand store but compassionate people making a difference in our neighborhood.

I have been doing business with St. Vincent De Paul Erlanger store now for 3 years. Customer service, professionalism, and just a friendly smile are all things that draw me in and make the buying experience fun! Between my father and I, we have spent more than $14,000 on furniture, shoes, toys, purses, clothes, and anything we could find for our own personal needs or for others for relief effort or for gift ideas. There are two ladies that i want to recognize for their valiant efforts and are the only sole reason i keep coming back. The first one is Kristal. I gladly drive all the way from Williamstown , where i live to come to this location to be greeted with her smile. KRISTAL always asks how my family is doing and offers to help me find what im looking for. My dad worked for a grocery store down in the country for 50 years where we live and is a well respected man of our community because of the customer service he has given to others during his years of service before he retired. He has told me on many accounts that Kristal is one of the few people that he has met with excellent customer service skills, and he feels she is a great representative for St. VINCENT De Paul. Her good attitude will always bring us back for more business. Santana is the second leader for this location i want to recognize. She is always working hard with Kristal, making sure the store stays organized and stocked. I see both of those girls working as a team all the time with the crew in the back to get all the donations out for folks to buy. Santana, just like Kristal, always has a smile and is super friendly and willing to help. Those two girls make a great team.....Teamwork makes the dream work. I know there are so many hard workers on those docks and in the back working extremely hard during these hot days. Please note that i have referred many people from my community to this location, and they all noted to me that they had a great experience! Keep up the great work!.....All my best! .

Great thrift store and they gave me an $175 furniture voucher when needed (you will need to call the assistance line and not the store for assistance with needs).
