Tracy did a great job on my hair. She took her time and seemed to really care about the haircut and results. I had to reschedule an appointment due to staff shortage. She rescheduled for the next day and presented a $5 off coupon. I will be going back for my next haircut.

Asked for ~2-3 inches off and to curl it after.
Showed photos, lady just didn’t know how to curl hair… my hair was pulled throughout the entire cut. The last 4 inches of my hair was the only part that was curled bc the started curling from the bottom and by the time i got to my car it was all fallen.. Left with a whole can of hairspray on my head tho.
She complimented me the entire time though, lol

So normally I don't give a bad review, I hate to complain but I have to say that Angie who was my daughter's stylist, didn't know how to cut her hair. It wasn't anything like the picture my daughter showed her. We had an appointment & they weren't ready when we got there, we had to wait about 15 minutes after our appointment time. I understand, they were busy with only 2 people working including Angie. We left there with my daughter's hair still wet & I thought it would look better when it was dried but it doesn't. My daughter has school staring in less than 2 weeks & was so excited for this hair cut but now it's ruined. My daughter's hair is way too short, it will take months for it to grow out so we can go somewhere else to get it done the right way.

Worst customer serves. Had a appointment at 5 pm and nobody said it was canceled. With Pam or Chelsea. Waiting a half hour to to get a haircut.
