After about ten minutes of paperwork, I got in the truck and while checking it out, discovered it was already full of someone else’s stuff. The store offered no solution. I asked for my money back. No replacement truck. I’m just SOL. Terrible way to run a business. Note, salesperson felt awful about it but what could he do? Now I will have to make arrangements for another day and definitely with Penske and not U-Haul.

They are scamming my husband and 'put up a lawsuit' with him when he followed the rules from the employees. Best preferably, to just not go there at all. They are scammers and will try to sue you. Also it's hard to find the location and they run it out of a smoke shop.
In conclusion, it is not good for business. Not recommended.

The manager ahmad and staff Were very friendly. My fiance and I were in jam during our moving week with several things went wrong outside of our business with uhaul. The manager helped us out so much. We rented a small truck and ended up needing a bigger one they upgraded us at no extra charge. I'm super thankful because i was running out of options. I have used uhaul before but this was one of the best experiences with them they will continue to get my business. Dont hesitate if your looking for help uhaul is the place. Charged to much for a rental then took the rest of my money that was owed back to me then charged me for more then retail prices for gas. And charged me double for the rental tax and refused to compensate me for the changes I would highly recommend not to go to this place

The gentleman who helped us both return our other UHaul and rent another one was very helpful and even looked out for us when there was a big fee!He was awesome, the truck was super clean and well cared for. I was nervous because I'm not from that area but he was super welcoming and super helpful. I admit that getting out of the parking lot was a little scary ?.

There was no one there to take the truck back the mobile app was not working. We needed to catch our flight back to New Jersey after we moved our son and his mom was a emotional wreck and now after 40 minutes on hold in the airport we were hung up on. Do not use U-haul ever.

The place I called was closed down but, they didn't tell me that. The had the phone routed to some where else. I found out when I showed up to pick up the truck! Sent me to this place and they didn't have the truck they were going to give me either! I needed a pick up. Was told I would have to use a 10ft. But had to use a 15ft. .I wasn't comfortable driving that one so I didn't put gas in the thing. I drove 17 miles, according to them that would be 2 gals of gas! 10 miles to the gal. They charged me $23.00 for gas! That's $11.59 a gal!!!! One big rip off!!!

Ordered an appliance dolly with my truck and it was not there when we picked it up. Had to scramble to find a dolly at the last minute. Don’t even bother ordering a uhaul here. Go somewhere else where they know what they are doing.
