“This has to be the one of the coolest glass pipe shop and smoke shops I have seen in Cincinnati. The manager was great the selection is awesome and the service was amazing.

“Owner is really nice and knowledgeable!
I didn’t like the bowl my bong came with and he let me get a bigger and better bowl for free!
I Definitely recommend this place and I’ll be coming back.”
“I have been to many vape shops over the last 11 years since starting using mods in 2015, but since I encountered the owner & staff of this VIP Vape shop on Reading Rd a few years ago I will not ever go anywhere else! They are the GOAT of quality, service, pricing & selection hands down! They set the bar for keeping vaping, glass bowl accessories & incense customers extremely satisfied.”
“They have everything you could ever need for a variety of smoker's options. Customer service was great. She explained everything I needed to know. And you get a nice discount on the whole store. Would highly recommend!”
“Very polite and helpful staff, especially as I'm not exactly versed on all things vape. They helped me select something reasonably inexpensive and opened.it.for me to make sure it was working. Will shop from again!”
“I stopped in today for the first time. I typically go to VIP Smoke shop in Newtown( however as of today found out they are no longer in business ) The gentleman who was working was super attentive & knowledgeable! He was polite & answered all questions! I will most definitely be back!!”
“Really enjoyed all this store has to offer from local art to the support of local farmers. Nikki helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I learned a lot from her years of experience. They have cute clothing pieces from prAna that I ended up purchasing as well. Definitely worth checking out!”
“If you haven't been to smoke shop where they treat you like family, call you by name and know your order. You haven't been to VIP smoke shop in Highland Heights. Best smoke shope in the area hands down. KHALID AND HIS STAFF ARE ? THE BEST........ THEY BEST IN MY KHALID voice!!! ❤️❤️”
“I stop in regularly for particular vape products used by a family member who lives 45 minutes away. They are always friendly and helpful, even offering suggestions if needed. It is always an easy in and easy out quick trip.”
“This place is amazing. The people are awesome. I've stopped going other places to get my flowers. This is now my Favorite Place. The deals are amazing ?
20 starz ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“This is our new favorite place because they always have what we're looking for. We were going to club vape on Mall Rd but they never had our coils and juices. And had very low choices of products. Seems they're more interested in selling coffee than vape products IMHO.
The prices here are comparable to others we've been to and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Even a bit out of our way but worth it due to stock.”

“I love this place it was definitely a vibe everytime I walked in. They have a great selection of products and even better was the staff with plenty of product knowledge to help me find what I was looking for. Baker was the best and even went out of his way to make my birthday a great day. This place has everything you need to help you out definitely worth checking out”
“The only Vape shop I go to. Really friendly and always helpful. BEST PRICES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SELECTION.
Update 1/13/26 Still the only vape shop I do business with. They are the truly the best around. They have never disappointed and truly value their customers. I know I'm going to get good legitimate products & fabulous customer service every time.”

“Really good smoke shop. Fair prices, clean place, and the customer service was great. The guy working there was very friendly and helpful, knew what he was talking about, and made the experience easy. Definitely recommend checking this place out.”
“This place is great. It's hard to find places that sell vapes to 13 year olds but I'm glad this place exists. I'll be telling all my middle school buddies to stop in.”

“Everyone is so friendly. I had quit using nicotine. Around a year later I went in looking for a nicotine free vape, they remembered me and my preferences. I was in and out in no time, with exactly what I wanted.”
“We drive out of the way to come to this shop every year we come in to town for the WEBN fireworks and Moh is always helpful and has a great attitude! He always takes care of us and he remembers who we are every time.”

“Nice spot, stopped in quick. Here from Buffalo NY for a concert. The 2 guys that were there were both friendly and helpful. Gave us a few recommendations for places to eat locally as well.”
“At 10pm on a Sunday, it was a special occasion and my friends and I were going to sit down for a hookah session, but I dropped my glass base and it shattered. I knew the chances were slim, but I wanted to see if any stores that were open would carry a a spare hookah base. I called and talked to the owner who said said he had only one, and he sent me photos of it to make sure I wanted it and to approximate measurements before I drove there. When I got there, it wasn't the right size, so the owner spent extra time helping me come up with a solution that would give it a good fit temporarily. He then sold it to me very cheap and threw in a free pack of shisha. I cannot thank the owner enough for not letting our night end on a bad note.”
“I was skeptical of this place because it was also a smoke shop but it has really good reviews so I decided to try it. Had a galaxy s23 ultra that had a cracked screen and a bit of touch issue because it was dropped in water. They didn't have the part the day we went in but they ordered the part, called us, and fixed it in the next hr. Not too pricey and the guys working there seemed to be pretty cool as well.”
“Best place in tri state for tobacco ,vape ,cigars ,snuff and cigarettes and more I really like it this place for shopping my tobacco and more I love it this place”
“Very nice workers very helpful and they always have what i need plus way more. And if u make a loyalty account with your name every time you spend $100 you get $10 off your next purchase which is really awesome.”
“Im new to mod vapes and the guy helped me save a ton of money before making an unnecessary purchase. Then proceeded to help me find the flavors I wanted. Even when I used to buy disposables here, always the same friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service every single visit”
“Staff is helpful, informative and friendly. Nice environment with big selection of all sorts of goodies - my favorite head shop in the area. i love the incense selection!! tons of nice cbd products.”
“My favorite lunch spot! I usually go during the work week at least once to get the Gyro (best i ever had). They also have very good deals/pricing on their vape products. Customer service is always good!”
