“This corner vet offers a personal experience. Their are 2 exam rooms and they are not very big. I was unsure of the level of care they could offer just based on their space available but after meeting with the Dr and the staff on multiple occasions, i soon came to appreciate their expertise and dilligence to their work.All of our 4 pets have been seen at this location for going on 3 years now. Sadly, i had to ask them to put to sleep one of my cats and as i was overcome with terrible grief the Dr assured me that it was the right time. This experience that i can now talk about left me grateful that i chose this location. As hard as it is to take a loving pets life, i can say this vet does not take it lightly and provided me with a personal experience that i will never forget. I for one could never be a vet due to performing the unpleasntries, but if i had, i can say it would be similar to the way this vet would operate.RIPSassy”

Today they really provided amazing service when I showed up at their facility at opening with a medical emergency with my Boomer a 100 lb lab mix with an injured leg. Thankfully, he did not have any breaks just a significant sprain for which they provided him much needed medication to assist in his comfort and rest to heal. “My family cannot thank the staff of Monfort Heights Animal Clinic enough for the high quality of care and compassion they demonstrated towards our miniature schnauzer when she was suffering from kidney failure. She stayed overnight for three nights receiving round the clock attention in order to try and save her. It was an absolutely awful experience to have to decide to put her to sleep but Doc McBride and the vet technicians (Dora chief among them) treated us with respect and empathy. I'll never forget after she was gone and they had to remove the IV, they still gently wrapped her little leg in red gauze. That kind of attention to detail mattered so much at one of our lowest and most heart wrenching moments. Thank you Monfort Heights Animal Clinic! The vet came in looked at her and told us right away what it was, gave us some medication and that solved the problem.
