I have been coming here for several years. Betsy is the best. She is so personable and professional. I had her lighten my hair from a 6 to a 12 and it turned out perfect and I have really long hair. She does a fantastic job cutting and styling too. She styled my hair for my wedding too. She came in early on the day of and did an amazing job to make me look my best on that day. She also gives the best massage while washing my hair. If I lived closer (I come from up around Dayton to have her do my hair) I would come every morning to have her wash my hair it feels that good. I love coming here and highly recommend Betsy!!

Went to get a certain color on my hair, 2 different colors and Megan Kill was very confident that she could do it. She asked to see the picture again before she mixed the colors and well 3hrs later my hair looks NOTHING like what I went in for. I was charged $125 for a color I didn't want. Will not be visiting here again.
