Walgreens is a busy and well-stocked store with friendly and helpful employees. The pharmacy staff are especially nice and personable, making customers feel comfortable. The store is clean, and parking is ample. However, there are some issues, such as lost or misplaced picture prints and outdated kiosks that slow down transactions. Overall, staff efforts contribute to a positive experience, despite occasional frustrations with printing and transfer services.

The pharmacy staff at the Covington, KY / Madison Rd location are top notch. The humanity, patience, and goodness that they expressed to two people ahead of me in line, folks that likely don’t receive that level of hospitality, was inspiring. Great people.
