I went to get assistance when I was homeless. My worker was disrespectful and useless. I hope they have staff now who care about their clients.

I have went here and even signed up for the shelter. It is now 9 months later and I have been on a waiting list to get into this shelter all this time. Wow I have had a caseworker here now on my 2nd one since the first was promoted. I feel as though if a person knows their way around places that offer help you are better off to go it on your own. Sure sign up but don't expect much of anything out of this place. Other than getting stuck on housing lists and about to go to Social Security for replacement social security cards and birth certificates also a few used clothing items from yet another place I had to go I have had no luck accomplishing emergency needs and housing here. So far it has been a complete waste of energy and a whole lot of quarters for the parking meters I didn't have. My only concern for myself and those in need is that we find some people out there that genuinely care and will actually help. A straight shooter that will tell a person the way it actually is. I am not sure why some people even get these jobs let alone the pay that goes with it. I do not recommend wasting your time here.

I have been trying to get permanent housing help and I have been referred to here. I felt that I would have made an effort to get properly info from the beginning and the case manager that I have started on about a month ago due to a personal issue I had missed my appointment this past week and I have had 2 already in the office and I have not received any thing yet to help me out with this emergency service for my situation opinions to be as urgent as possible cause I have certain things going on for me that will help me out for a urgent care Matter

My experience with the people who run it are nice and polite. They seem like very good people.Unfortunately seems some of the people who they help aren't appreciative of the help they get and take advantage
