I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment as I did tonight at Redi Mart. I ordered food and the order was wrong, which was fine it just needed to be remade. It was only the fries that were wrong. But the older woman yelled at me, told me to "take it or leave it" after I just spent over 20 dollars buying food and drinks. I grew up in Crab Orchard, I have spent a lot of money at Redi Mart, but I will never spend another dime there ever again. She spent 2 or 3 minutes hollering at me and refusing to remake my order, then finally agreed to remake it and I heard her say from the kitchen "I have an idea to fix her, she can get half" then brought out 2 tiny little boxes of fries when the ones before were large. I am so angry and disappointed, I chose to spend my money here instead of going to a chain restaurant. Never again, I will run out of gas and walk home before I ever set foot in there again.

Redi Mart is a hometown staple in Crab Orchard, it's been there for years and takes care of all of its local customers very well. The owners are very friendly and you actually see them working in their store. Where most places like this you never see the actual owner. You see their employees working. It is your prototypical gas station that sells junk food, soda, and of course gas, but they also offer home cooked food and have a sit-in dining area for customers to eat if they choose not to eat in their car or take their food home and eat. All the employees are very nice and I've never had any issues whatsoever with the service I've received while there. To me it's the only place in Crab Orchard that I would buy gas and definitely the only place that I would buy food.
