Matt, the manager is amazing but it's not his fault that they don't keep parts in stock The customer service is excellent. The phone response is awesome but the parts being there rarely happens. I wish AutoZone could do some more about this ERLANGER O'REILLY'S CARRIES EVERYTHING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE IN STOCK

Went there today because I suspected my battery was dying. The guy who helped me tested my battery, confirmed it was bad, and had a new battery installed in about 15 minutes. Excellent and fast service. Thank you.

The best Autozone in the tri-state. They are never too busy & very knowledgeable. Especially Ashley, she has helped me time & time again with exceptional service. She asks all the right questions to figure out exactly what I need.

I purchased batteries for 2 different cars on 2 separate occasions. Both batteries failed during the warranty period and were replaced with warranty. I was told the replacement battery warranty was valid thru the end of the original battery warranty period. Unfortunately, both replacement batteries were garbage and had to be replaced within a year.
After the first battery failed, i was worried about how long the 2nd battery would last. I feel they carry poor products. Needless to say, I purchased the new batteries elsewhere.
