Did my shopping around online for storage units and I have to say, extra space was the best one to go with! Needed a storage unit and found the right size for me and didn’t even need to go to the office to find or rent one, can do it all online and once you confirmed your rental unit, they provide access right away!

Ive had the best experience with this storage. Luis ( i believe is the manager . maybe) he is super nice and very responsive. He got me the storage i needed and was super helpful through the process. Definitely would recommend this specific storage to anyone.

Units are clean and well kept. Doors open easily and I like the locking system in place, no access for bolt cutters so no one can cut the lock off. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I reserved the unit online and received a phone call to help me finish the rental process and complete the rental agreement. Everything went smoothly.

Luis is phenomenal! He is professional, upbeat.knowlegible. and NICE. He takes payment monthly for our storage units and dies so remembering storage units numbers from memory. He always has time to ask about my health, as he knows I have cancer and live in hospice. Please hire more caring people like him. He should be your trainer for all your Managers and ASM staff. Luis thank you, for all you do!
