I'm always hesitant to let new people cut my hair, but I've never gotten a bad hair cut from anyone at this location, and I've been going here for a few years now. I usually request Catlin if she's available. Very professional and truly takes the time to make the experience personal and ensure your haircut is to your specifications; asking questions where necessary, and giving advice if asked. She's also wonderfully patient with kids and makes the effort to connect with them so that they feel more comfortable during their cut.

Basic men’s haircut, haircut was fine - 20 dollars plus tip for a 10 minute hair cut seems excessive.

Catlin has been my hairstylist for years, she is just wonderful! Aside from that, this is a great Great Clips location, the store is always neat and tidy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming 🎉

Ashley has cut my hair for several years. She has always done a fine job. When she moved to the Buttermilk location, I received a few cuts that I was not as pleased with. I was glad to have some errands in Crescent Springs today so I could get a great haircut.

Dylan is a life saver 😁. He worked his magic and made my 9 year old son, who cut his own banes, hair look wonderful. I'll definitely be back and requesting him while I am in the area. Thanks again Dylan!!!

So what's the use of checking in? I checked in and sat in the store as the called 2 people ahead of me but only 1 person was on the list ahead of me? Teddy was just called up while I sat here waiting.
