I had a great experience as a new patient. The staff was friendly and welcoming despite me being the last appointment of the day. Dr. Thompson was very thorough and took the time to listen to my questions and explained the different parts of the exam to me. I felt he was very honest and I didn’t feel pressure to make purchases in the office which I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’ve already recommended him to family members. I also really liked the online booking process- I often avoid making appointments but it was so easy that I didn’t have an excuse not to.

I went to this store 2 years ago for glasses because they were "in-network" for my insurance. I was told that my insurance was "junk" and that he would make me a good deal since my insurance was so bad. Over $600 later, and them losing my frames (Oakley), I was just having lenses replaced, they gave me a less than pair of frames than I had before. Fast forward to present day, same insurance, completely different store, I got new Ray Ban frames, lenses, the works PLUS insurance on them for $159!! Definitely not going to recommend Pearle Vision!!

I liked the excellent customer service by the friendly staff person and the quiet and new store with a good selection. I really disliked the pet pitbull laying in the corner staring at me unblinking the entire time I was in the store, which was quite uncomfortable. I suggest the owners do not bring their dog to work.
