“I had my storage unit for about 1.5 years and the whole experience was A+++. The units were very secure, the area was always clean and kept up nicely. I came into the office almost at closing time when I initially rented the unit and the staff was super welcoming and still took their time through the intro/setup process even though it was technically after closing time.They had locks and other supplies to purchase right there in the office, which was very convenient.All of my conversations (email and phone) with the staff since then has been super responsive and pleasant - even when my credit card had expired a couple of times through the time I had the unit - the staff called and we fixed everything and we were off the phone in just a couple of minutes.I am now closing my account and my unit with them because I no longer need the space but if I ever need it again in the future, I'll definitely be back.”

THERE R NO HIDDEN FEES & THEY NEVER INCREASE RATE! 10×20 unit was 200..I got it for 175!! Because I used Big Blue Moving of Florence, KY plus also a discounted moving rate as well! And cheaper than other movers. Cardinal uses auto pay so you will never be stuck with late fees! Great company and very clean organized units.”

“I just recently came to Glenway storage because I had a very bad experience with public storage. First this place is extremely clean. I wasn’t expecting that.. I got two storage units. Luckily they were side-by-side. It’s like my things are in a hotel.. The pricing is great. It is definitely like night and day from public storage, which was awful and I still had time to get my stuff from there, but came back two hours later to get it & Public Storage threw everything in the garbage. Just walking in this place, you know it’s a great facility to keep your things. It’s a hotel for your things. I highly recommend Glenway Storage”

“I just went to pay my bill at the crookshank road. I met with Mr. Robert . When you look into my previous information from the other company there was a lot that was wrong including my address so I never got information about anything going on with my storage especially and increase. They also had the wrong address as well as the wrong email which I had gave it to the previous company before. He fixed everything. Plus with me being 64 years old on a fixed income he was sure that I got my senior citizen discount which was so appreciated. He also went over the insurance on the storage and I did not have what the previous company put down. I do not remember the last company giving me a opportunity to pick the value of what's in my storage to be insured. Mr. Robert did a great job and I enjoyed working with him and continuing to keep my stuff in this storage. He was very professional, and very polite and will sure that that I understood everything I signed and my amount that will be due each month.”

I’ve been renting from Cincinnati Mini-Storage for about 3 years now (rented during pandemic) and by far this is the best storage unit I have ever used. Staff and ownership does a thorough walk through which seems to be every hour if not more. The facility is very clean and management is very responsive if you need anything. “Ferguson Moving relocated my father yesterday and did a fantastic job. Steve, Brendan, Mark, and Rodney all were courteous, professional, and efficient. I understand they have been doing this for several years and their experience showed. They were on time, they listened to our concerns about the antiques not being the easiest to move, and then they went to work. They had the challenge of unloading the truck with impending storms, but finished just in time. All of the castors were place back on the antiques, and all beds were quickly rebuild. Nothing was damaged or marred in any way. I was impressed with how clean the truck was - even saw Steve spraying down the trailer where dirt had gotten in. I liked that the owner, Wayne Carlton came to the house to see exactly what we had to move. Definately call them if you care about the furniture you are moving.”
