“I booked online, using the easy intuitive system. Came with receipt to find some one had dumped their stuff in my brand newly rented unit! CJ, the site manager, handled that terrible situation (an irresponsible outside contractor had just dumped their unwanted items) so that I was able to complete my move on schedule!
