Terrible experience. Say they can match competitor paint. Sears Ivory linen matches color sample on their computer, however when mixed the requested cream color is actually dark grey, almost black! Either the formulation is wrong on their end or they mixed it wrong. Store personal we’re helpful and sympathetic, but Store manager refused to credit or exchange resulting in a $150 loss to me for 2 gallons of their highest quality paint. Store manager was rude, and totally uncooperative when I tried to show her the comparison of the day and night difference between the computer screen and the actual paint. I hate to make disparaging comments, but the Store manager could have handled this in many different ways that would have resulted in a mutual win / win transaction. Perhaps more training is in order as I doubt this is the corporate policy of doing business. Update: 10-9-23 Problem is now resolved to customer satisfaction. Store now supplied 2 gallons of paint in an Ivory color at no additional charge.

I have been using Sherwin Williams for over three years now. There has been a steady decline. Now I spent a premium on paint and had to do 3 coats of paint - and it still looks bare. I could have spent a fraction of the price at Home Depot/Lowes and had the same result. Plus I was not given any stirrers, no paint splotch sample on the outside, and the colors rarely match the swatch and sample that you rely on. I will be taking my business elsewhere since the quality here is quickly tumbling.

Horrible! Not only are they charging a 4% so called supply chain fee! Which screws contractors out of their discount! This particular store decides not to keep thier store hours.. I won't be buying anything here. I'll just go to home depot and get my discount there without the supply fee and they are open when they say they are.. My customers will get to see only BHER or Porter colors until Sherwin Williams stops their shady business practices!

The rating is mostly because of poor customer service knowledge. When I showed a picture of the cracked paint on my mailbox, he had no idea what would cause that. I love SW paint but I would expect some in depth knowledge regarding paint issues in a specialty store.

Nice employees, but corporate changes paint codes/mixes regularly, so they are unable to match their own paint and color that is just 2-3 years old.Response to owner: email "link" does not work.

I ordered my paint online which I haven't done before but it's so much easier than going to a Big Box store and fight the crowds. I went on a Saturday, picked up my order and was in and out, very easy! The store in Crescent Springs is clean and organized and staff is great! I bought Cashmere which I've not used before and I love it! It's a little more expensive but totally worth it!
