Place is absolutely disgusting! Parking lot looks like it hasn't been cleaned up in years! Cashier very rude when asking where restroom is. She stated tons places to go "Piss", McDonald's is across street! I have a card that shows must allow to use restroom via serious medical conditions & she clearly stated, Not Valid in KY! I'm a KY resident! I asked for a manager & She stated she was the manager & if I had issues I could leave or be escorted. I was NOT rude at all. I was very kind. Gentleman behind me went off on her & walked me to my car as I am disabled. She told me to go "PISS" somewhere else!

Stopped to fill up, get snacks, go bathroom, usual travel stuff. Started filling up with fuel and from there is goes south. No PUBLIC restroom, but they don’t have any signs outside, the place is gross. Wouldn’t buy any food products from a facility that when inquired about restroom they very snobby explained “McDonald’s has nice restrooms”. This place is sketchy do not recommend.

Treacherous parking and pulling in and out. Place is a complete dive, see attached pictures of the trash cans outside. I know it was cold but no excuse to not do the trash. Place needs a complete high pressure spray. Only positive is that it is good for fill ups before dropping off your rental car at CVG.
