People were helpful, but they did not always give me accurate information. For example, they gave me the wrong phone case and put it on for me. I was not able to use the volume button because they were pressed inside of the case. When I took it back, a different employee told me that it was the wrong case.

Visited Verizon in crescent springs today.
I am 83.
Erin helped me with my new cell phone.
She explained to me in a way that was easy for me to understand.

Poor customer service from Brianna. Waited for over 30 minutes when we got here then was told “you are not the authorized account holder you need to get the account holder to authorize you.” After waiting to have the authorize me she eventually said “never mind I’ll just bypass it.”

(short version) talked to verizon support over the phone spoke to multiple supervisors and the assured me that i would be able to come into the store and pick up my new phone. the supervisor even left a note on my account explaining the situation and how to resolve the problem i was having. when i arrived at the store i tried to explain the situation but before i could the obese lady told me she couldn’t help me (without even looking up my account or reading the note applied to my account) she stayed sitting in her chair just not wanting to do her job. she was obviously the manager because her employees were speaking up offering ways and ideas to help but she would shut them down instantly. very unprofessional even for a store that is just a verizon provider

I went to the store to check on an upgrade option/purchase Jlab headphones. Dude didn’t even try to sell anything. Told me it would be 100$ for a claim on my current phone(charging port doesn’t work.) I declined but went ahead and bought the Jlabs, they’ve been charging for 2 hours and they are still blinking red. I also requested a emailed receipt for them, and never got the email receipt. I called the store twice and waited more than necessary. I’m not driving back. This review was my last option.

I don't want to be drinking the hater-aid, but this location left me feeling swindled. I went in to upgrade my phone during which the three sales representatives told me that I qualified to add a second number onto my phone absolutely free. I didn't really have much interest in doing so, but they were very persistent and kept assuring me that it would cost absolutely nothing, so I agreed. Low and behold, the next day I went to check my next bill online and it had gone up by $90. Fortunately, I was able to call Verizon customer service and cancel it, but it was a headache and I'm still on the hook for the activation fee. It felt very deceptive to me which makes me sad because the sales reps seemed like friendly and honest people. Oh well.

Ben and Steve were a big help in getting my faulty sim card replaced. Despite walking in with a few people in line. Steve took a second to walk over and great me. Him and Ben freed up about the same time and tag teamed getting my intermittent loss of data figured out. They both agreed my sim card was on its way out. They got me swapped to a ESIM and I was back on the road. If it was not for the line of people I would have been out the door in under 10 minutes.

Do not purchase anything from this store. This is a franchise store. You will not be able to return anything. The customer service is horrible.
