This place is the WORST! Don’t even bother going here. Not only do you have to wait a very long time in the drive-through pharmacy. Half the time the prescription isn’t ready when it says that it’s gonna be ready. All of the staff that I’ve encountered at this location has been extremely rude and AWFUL!!! Moving pharmacies!! This place deserves a -10!

If I could rate this pharmacy with a ZERO start I would! This is by far the worst pharmacy EVERY! 5th car in line, I waited 45 mins! RIDICULOUS! Stay away from here!

The employee at the front counter was rude and disrespectful from the moment the interaction started. If I was the owner of this place and I came in to check out my store, she would have been fired on the spot.

I have used Walgreens in Ohio all my life. I am 71 years old. This is the WORST Walgreens I have ever used. The drive-thru is ALWAYS full. There is ALWAYS a line at the pharmacy to pick up your order. Today, it was 5 minutes before someone even came to the counter to ask if they could help me. There is definitely not enough help at the pharmacy. The new way Walgreens is handling RX's, from another location, is not efficient. And if they are filling medications from another location, why are their pharmacists on site so busy? I attribute this bad service issue to bad management! I see employees staring at their computer screens for lengthy periods of time. What exactly is the issue here??? If the location was not convenient, I would definitely switch locations. Other patrons, in line, tell me the Erlanger branch is much better. I will have to investigate that location. This management is horrible!

DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you absolutely have to. Especially if it is a controlled substance.Gaslighting in the pharmacy? Long story short, there is one woman in the pharmacy who is not only displesant, not only does not do her job, but lies about it trying to make me look crazy.My prescriptions keep magically getting removed from the queue of being submitted to insurance on the days she is in. I have to call on different days to get someone else for the PA to actually go through and not just magically disappear. In which case if I get her again, she says they just at that moment in time recieved the script from my provider. Despite it being 3, 4, 6 days.I am not a Karen and I literally had to have a friend oversee this to verify because for a minute I did think I was confused. Very tempted to look into litigation. Switching ASAP! Which may be the motive.

The worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. Good luck on having a prescription filled in a timely manner. Customer service is nonexistent.

Love that you can order online and your order is usually ready in less than 10 minutes. They have everything that you may need but don't feel like running to kroger or Walmart for. Love shopping here.

I love Walgreens because I can use it for one stop shopping. Whether it is a prescription or something to snack on or any number of other items they are one of my go to stops.. The folks there are always helpful and more than willing to take the time to address any concern that you might have. The place is always spotlessly clean and the parking lot is well lit for evening shopping. As Always, Enjoy!

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. I called in a prescription and got the call that it was ready. I go there and it isn’t ready. I try to go again and the pharmacy is closed. I’ve been out of my meds for days. I had a procedure done a few months back and the doctors called in meds. They weren’t ready until much later than when I needed to start. It is ridiculous!
