Workers very racist. They gave me the look when I walked in. Cuz I dress very normal not fancy as other people in store. I came back the second time for more shoes for my baby and I saw the register lady rolled her eyes with other lady behind her. Then that lady came up and check me out, ask me if I come for exchange. Her instant judgment shook me. Do I look like those people returns stuff? Well, I don’t plan to come back even I really like all baby clothes here.

Visited this location with a set I received as a gift with a security tag still attached. Though I’m sure it did not come directly from them it did have Carter labels and tags. They mentioned they did not have anything to remove the tag and repeatedly told me no Carters location has these magna tags. They said I could exchange if I found someone to take the tag off. And then told me to walk around in the rain and look for someone to remove the tag. Meanwhile I have my children and husband in the car. After visiting 6 stores I gave up. And now I am stuck with a set I can’t use. The manager was not understanding at all.

I had my first experience today. I was doing a curbside pickup. I waited 20 minutes before I finally went in and go it myself. I have a newborn or I would have went in a lot earlier.

I just feel so compelled to write this compliment. The customer service is absolutely amazing. I had a large baby shower with a lot of outfits being one size which is great very thankful, but too much of one size and wanted to size up. They were so helpful and not only help me with my returns, but also found the places, that would return my other items as well. Absolutely stellar service the sweetest nicest people. !!!!!

The store is nice and everything is organized and well displayed. I've shopped at this location multiple times. The staff could be a bit friendlier. You could be the only customer in the store and they don't even say hello or make eye contact. Even when checking out they say nothing. It creates an uncomfortable tension which makes you want to leave. A simple hello to acknowledge a customer's presence would be nice and create a more welcoming atmosphere. But aside from that it's a decent store.

I love me a Carter's. .I can't tell you how much I was satisfied with my purchase...they had some real good bargains, I was so surprised, I went to town shopping it was great..you had so many to choose from...Fantastic....

I love this Carter's/Osh Kosh B'Gosh! The store is always neat and clean when I go in, and I've never had any issues with returns or online pickups. Friendly staff and good product offerings!
