    “Ian went out of his way for me. You didn't have a USA World Cup in my size. So he called the Independence store. They had one in stock. So he tried to have it shipped to the Crestview store .There was an IT problem. The Kansas City IT network was closed. Will try to reorder the again when he comes back to work. Excellent service. Top notch.”

    “I LOVE this Francesca’s location! I always have come here for my needs for clothes and gifts for people. I’m 24 and have been coming here often since I was 16, at least!! The employees are sweethearts and are beautiful inside and out. The deals for the rewards program are good! And, above all, the selection here is GREAT! I always stop in here. The clothes options are always stocked (including the clearance) and there’s lots of other products to check out, too, like candles, cosmetics, jewelry, seasonal gifts, and more. I love Francesca’s, especially the location in the Crestview Town Center!”
