“Ian went out of his way for me. You didn't have a USA World Cup in my size. So he called the Independence store. They had one in stock. So he tried to have it shipped to the Crestview store .There was an IT problem. The Kansas City IT network was closed. Will try to reorder the again when he comes back to work. Excellent service.
