DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION. THE FEMALE STORE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY RUDE IF YOU NEED CORRECTIONS. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY JOS BANK STORES AND NEVER TREATED LIKE THIS LOCATION. THEY RUINED THE PANTS FROM THE SUIT I PURCHASED BY CREATING A SEAM LINE AROUND THE ALTERATIONS AND WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH FIXING THE SITUATION. THE FEMALE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND ROLLED HER EYES AT ME INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING AND OFFERING A SOLUTION. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION. BUYER BEWARE.

Recent out of town / destination wedding for my daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating selection provided. From the initial fitting and paperwork to the late delivery and ill-fitting tux to the ultimate cancelation of the rental; this was a horrible experience. I will say Jonathan who took care of the cancelation and refund was very helpful – he was not the initial contact.

So, bought a suit. Initial service good, but not great. But, bought the suit, no one alerted me that it was ready after almost 60 days, when it was ready in about 3 weeks. Went to pick it up, no one was interested in me trying it on to see if it fit. Seemed like the sale was done, so don't they did not care. Went home, tried on, terrible fit. When i say terrible, i'm not sure if I can actually wear it. Not going back despite the need for two more suits. Would recommend you not going either. Could've spent less money on an online suit place, and had better result, or paying twice money to a higher end place and getting better result. Point is, I am not going back. Really disappointed. From the initial service, I thought they would have done better. But again, perhaps it's just salesmanship.

When I came in with my wedding party they did not have any of the selections prepared for my party when they arrived. When we were doing the paperwork the man helping us messed up the paperwork more than once when we were in the store. We had a date that we needed the tuxes by and they were not ready…. It’s a destination wedding…. So two of the guys had to go down to the destination without their tux. Very unimpressed with the store and the management.

Went in last night in search of a new overcoat. I was very pleased with the staff for going the extra mile to help me choose 2 coats to wear this winter and for giving me a great deal for buying the second one.

Had an great experience shopping for a tux today. Paul spent over an hour or two helping me pick out everything I needed. He made sure the jacket fitted me well and went back and forth several times getting me the right size. The same with shirt and shoes.Great customer service and very professional.

I bought a suit online and it was way too small, despite this size working for me at every other retailer: Took it in to the store to return it and it was refused because of 3 dog hairs… 3! I’m never shopping at Joseph A Bank again

Great store! Today was my first experience shopping with Jos A. Bank, and it was most definitely a positive one. Great selection and the Associate who helped me (I am struggling to remember her name, but it started with an M) was wonderful, knowledgeable, and helped me out a great deal. I will be back for sure and thanks for making it a pleasure to do business with you!

Have had two great experiences here recently with purchasing a suit for my son, then renting a tuxedo for another son. Friendly, professional help both times and made us comfortable with great looking, well fitting mens' wear. Thank you!

The sold me the wrong colored suit for a wedding and referred me to corporate, why corporate doesn't empower their local staff is a mystery. Staff was polite and courteous but even after corporate said to return the suit the stored was unable to take it.

Used to love this store (as I used to work there), but they botched the suits for my wedding so bad that I’ll never return to any Jos. A Bank store in the future. They sold one of our groomsmen the wrong suit (color, style, etc.) which we were not aware of until the day of the wedding.When I contacted the store by phone, the woman who I spoke to tried to place the blame on me for “not checking” thoroughly before hand. This escalated into a full on verbal argument due to her incessant attitude and sarcasm. She then proceeded to hang up on me after I made it clear that this was in no way anyone’s fault but the specific stores.After contacting corporate I was told that the store manager would be reaching out to me to resolve the situation in some capacity. That call never came. After contacting corporate a second time, I was told that the suit could be returned and a refund would be issued. When my groomsman tried to return his incorrect suit in store, the store manger told him was wasn’t able to do so.At that point, the back and forth between myself and corporate uncovered some major lies being told by the store manager. These included excuses such as:1. My groomsman didn’t work with an associate and purchased the incorrect suit willingly. (We have the party number records, suit receipt, and tailoring receipt all associated with our wedding party to prove this is a lie.2. The employee that assisted him was only part time and was no longer employed with the company, so they were not responsible3. The suit was stained and damaged. (The suit was never worn, let alone damaged. This was also a lie that was disproved with a few pictures emailed to corporate).4. If they took the return, it would look bad on the store and since they weren’t “responsible.”I have never received such terrible customer service. As someone who has worked in that role previously and oversaw quite a few weddings, it’s shocking to see the amount of incompetence coming from one store. They’re certainly not a store you should trust with anything important. Mistakes will be made and nothing will be done to make things right.Thank you to all of the corporate reps who helped remedy this situation by issuing a refund: I’m happy to know that corporate is aware of the lies and excuses from this store, and the fact that they’ll be held accountable.In short, go somewhere else.

For my first shopping experience at Jos. A. Bank, Cielito V. was an absolute joy to work with! Very knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. I needed a suit for my daughter’s wedding and she made sure that I had the perfect suit the fit correctly ! She also spent time helping me pick out the shirt, bowtie, suspenders and pocket hanky!! You are blessed to have an employee that goes above and beyond in taking care of your customers!! Thank you Jos. A Bank and most importantly Cielito!! If I wasn’t retired I would have tried to steal her away for a sales position in my company!! She’s that good!
