I had the best experience at LabCorp this morning. I forgot some of my lab orders, so Cathy helped me to get those faxed quickly, so that I didn't have to return for more lab work. Although she was the only employee at that location this morning, she was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly to everyone, not just me, throughout the whole process. Thank you, Cathy!

Went in to get a pre employment drug test and they were understaffed. They women at the desk was so very rude and nasty. Waited over an hour before realizing that appointment is more in my favor. They would pass all walk-ins and do only appointments. They need a better strategy, in fact they need retraining in customer care.

I've went to toss location dozens of times and it's not as bad as the reviews say. I always get in wizkid when it's open. And the rooms are clean

When I looked at the reviews for Labcorp, the majority seemed to be quite negative. I had already paid and scheduled my bloodwork so I was bracing for a terrible experience. They still got me in about 10/15 minutes after my appointment, so account for that, but otherwise the lady who did my test was very kind, gentle, and quick. Maybe I got lucky but my experience went as good as it could have.

Would give zero stars if possiable.. after waiting 25 minutes was told system was down and orders had to be faxed..I had them faxed and asked if they could text me when they came in because I had my dog in car.. was told NO but check back in after 10 minutes…. I checked back in 15 minutes later and was told I had to have a hard copy faxed.. at this point I was done and asked if I could simply call the next day to see if system was up and was told not to bother that they’d be to busy to answer their phones… wasted a day and was treated horrible like EVERYTHING was my fault… simple kindness would have went a LONG WAY and I wouldn’t have to write this ?

Today I experienced a lot of disrespect and discrimination from the staff at this location. LabCorp -Ft. Mitchell
They were very unpleasant and spiteful after a clear miscommunication. I brought minor children and I was not aware of this policy. After completing urine sample ,they did not complete my pre-employment screening (fingerprint) today because of a system error that was not my fault after not being able to verify my identity. I was told to call since it appeared to be my issue and later to find out the system was not running properly not the lack of me verifying my identity. They even discriminated another young mother for no reason because I extended to help her since she had the same issue with being a single mother as I encountered, the miscommunication. I am fully aware of policies and procedures and there importance in running ethical business and practices. Today's action towards me and another young mother was uncalled for. I hope these staff understand that showing rude demeanor and poor customer service is not how you demonstrate the same policies you expect your clients and customers to follow.

the nurse was very considerate and patient. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. Patients were in and out very quickly. Positive atmosphere for what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process.

Suite is in back of building, drive around.Rundown facility. Appeared clean though.The younger gal was very pleasant. The older women not so much.Doing a pre Employment drug screen. Asked to carry cup of urine into room. Asked for gloves. Was given attitude. You have gloves and won't touch urine without them. What makes you think I am willing to? My pee or not, not touching without gloves. Asking for gloves one should not have received attitude.Then, as I am leaving I can hear her gossiping to her co worker (the younger gal) about how absurd it is someone asked for gloves to handle urine!

Amazing service! Went in first thing in the morning on a Saturday. They completed my allergy testing and took the time to get codes for each individual allergy I was being tested for. Took a long time to do and they were willing to put in the work!

Fast check-in just scan your I.D. and wait to be called. Staff is friendly and gets you in and out fast.
