The customer service at this store has always been excellent. Adam has been very kind and helpful. Our vision insurance is tricky, but Adam spends the extra time to figure it out and make it work for our family. Thanks for taking care of us.

LensCrafters is overpriced for what you get. After you are told the price of your glasses it is recommended for you to take out the insurance. Not everyone can afford to add another $50 to the cost of glasses. I’ll continue to go with online sites where you get more bang for the buck.

Lens Crafters at Crestview was amazing!!! The staff were super friendly, no pressure to buy anytime and I felt super comfortable. The doctor and staff that did my eye exam were amazing. I’ve found my new go to. They really made me feel good especially after how my day was going.

Incredible friendly and smart staff. I accidentally broke my glasses and they were able to not just get me new glasses but also fix my old ones enough to be useable, definitely beyond helpful people.

Leslie is wonderful explain things to me and even me know for when I pick up my glasses to make sure that I get familiar with the progressive lens that I'm getting that I've never had before. I give 10 stars just for Leslie

I went to this LensCrafters yesterday to get new lenses and new glasses/sunglasses frames. Lorie did such an amazing job helping me pick out frames that worked well with my large prescription. Lorie was so personable and helpful! I’d highly recommend Lorie and this location to anyone!

Every time I come into this location I know I am going to have the best experience! These folks know their products and are more than happy to help you find the right frames. It’s clear that they care about both the brand and the customer experience. I’ve come in multiple times for frames and lenses, and always have found quick turn around times and helpful staff. LensCrafters,Crestview Hills —Nikki took her time to correctly fit me with a new pair of glasses. The store was busy yet she provided individualized attention to discuss lens options and payment solutions. Chris, the manager was also very kind and knowledgeable.
