“Since Village Green took over the property everything has improved! There will be the transition period where they need to fix everything that CMC never took care of, but they are working diligently. The elevators break down, but that is the reason they are being replaced. There was bugs and such, just like all apartments in Clifton. However since VG took over biweekly treatments have started and I stopped seeing any evidence of bugs for my apartment. The water issues have been getting repaired. I lived at the Forum for a year and half and was very impressed with the repairs and changes to improve the property. I would have liked to see everything after it was all fixed up. The property is improving and I have no doubt when VG has completed all the repairs and improvements this will be an amazing place to live! I'd recommend getting in before everything gets done to see the drastic improvements!”
