Both Chris employees were super helpful through the phone process and were patient about merging my fiancé and I information into one. We were there for about three hours trying to get everything to sync right with all the phones and the phone company. The Chris with the DC shoes was super helpful and explained the whole process.

I was on the phone trying to factory restart my phone, as I need this for my job to even get logged into our system. I ended up just letting them know that I would go to the store across the street. The guy that waited on my stated there was nothing he could do to help me since my kid locked me out. I had to buy a new phone for $800. I just looked at him so dumbfounded. I come back to work thank God I have a tech savvy co-worker who actually got my phone back on. This was very poor customer service on this stores end. I couldn't get over the fact that he said I would need to buy a whole new phone

Switching to T-Mobile was a nightmare. The transfer of our information and apps went utterly wrong. Our salesperson was more interested in getting us out of the store than he was in setting up our phones correctly. He did not follow the procedures to set up our new iPhone 15. I spent hours to get my phone right. What a waste of time.

My wife bought me a Google Pixel Watch from Amazon on Prime Day. It arrived without a wall charger. I took it into T-Mobile and Chris W was extremely helpful. He showed me how to charge my pixel watch using a 25 W Samsung Super Fast Wall Charger. Thank you Chris W for great service.

Awesome location with great parking access. Staff is supper friendly and knowledgeable. Resolved an issue I was having with the t-mobile application in a few minutes and was on my way. One of the best t-mobile stores I've been to.

Freaking beautiful was the entire experience going here. Went to see about switching services and walked out with a cheaper payment with better phones and home internet. The people the work here are great. Never felt once pressured to sign up are get stuck with a long term contract.Glad I switched FREAK VERIZON!!!!! Shout out to Brianna and Luke your service was superb.

I'd rather notI do not recall posting the previous. My review (now) shall remain a 3☆ but I do feel that T-mobile has an Excellent Customer Service.My focus is on Samsung model 22 & T-Mobile. I have an S22 and have nothing but problems with Samsung wanting to over ride T-Mobile software I cannot reproduce the problems so I get no support. I don't know how many times I have to re start a project because of some glitch it's just trouble some.I guess I'm just not happy WITH PHONE and it's not fair to give a 3☆ for all the things that are good with T-mobile so I'm changing review to 4☆all

I went to TMobile to buy a mobile hotspot because my business internet was damaged. I was kind of frantic but Joe A. assisted me in the most patient, kindest way possible. He was able to get me the product I needed, set up my new account and within 15 minutes I was back online. After getting some less than stellar service over my business internet situation, Joe restored my faith in the tech world! Thanks so much to Joe and the other associates at this super friendly, clean and helpful store. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

I just have to give a huge shout out to Makayla she really took her time to help.me with my issue on my phone. We are all busy in our life and she was really patient with me and very understanding, professional and caring. Definitely recommend this tmobile store as the store is clean and everyone is very helpful.

Luke was amazingly helpful and patient transitioning me from another carrier to T-Mobile. Because my out of state 88-year old mother is on my plan, i especially appreciated his efforts in ensuring her number was ported to the new plan smoothly and easily. Thanks, Luke!

Went in to pay my bill, staff was personable and professional
