HORRIBLE!!!Jennifer Reed (branch manager) does not have a heart. The past branch manager would work with you on fees (even if it was not a bank error), not Jennifer, she has no heart. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH WITH JENNIFER AS THE BRANCH MANAGER!!!!
