Received postcard for a free phone.
Went to the store to discuss new phone and plan. Salesman took the postcard, told me the phone I wanted was out of stock, gave me a price sheet, said he would email details of new plan and would call when new phone came in. 90 days later, no email, no phone call, NOTHING! Makes me feel appreciated as a loyal, long term Verizon customer!

I had a very disappointing experience with Russell cellular Verizon today. Eddie did everything he could to help me get a gizmo watch on time for my child’s birthday. The watches shipped to the store on time but yet there was an issue with price matching what was on the app. I chose in store pick up and went through the entire purchase on the app only to have Verizon cancel my order. After 3 trips to the store I was left with no gizmo for my child’s birthday. Verizon might be the only company I know that doesn’t price match. I have been with Verizon over 20 years, this is unacceptable. Makes me want to look elsewhere.
